We had a magical stay at Patrizia and Gigi’s. Thanks to them we lived a very special experience in an absolute breathtaking location. The house is extremely clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. All the amenities and outdoor spaces are really nice. The hosts were very friendly, proactive and accommodating, yet we still enjoyed a lot of privacy and quiet.

The Baita dell'Est is much more than just a place to stay – it is a place full of peace, magic and loving details. The cottage is fantastically located, stylishly furnished and offers a real experience with the whirlpool and the view. We came for the 5th anniversary - and got much more than just a nice place to stay. We have collected memories that will remain. What made this stay so special was Nicola. His cordiality, reliability and tips complemented everything perfectly. You can tell right away: there's a real heart in it. We can especially recommend a breakfast at the Pasticceria Mastai in Chiavenna - heavenly! The surroundings also invite you to explore - nature, small alleys, good food. Very quiet location, ideal for relaxing. A very nice little house. We felt very comfortable and for us an ideal starting point for our daily excursions.

This place was perfect for our two nights in Lake Como! Could not beat that view and the hot tub was fantastic after a long day of exploring. Host was easy to reach and had good instructions for check in. Would highly recommend a visit to Orrido di Vezio for a small hike and visit to the castle not too far away. All in all you couldn’t ask for anything more

Gorgeous place to stay in an incredible location. If you want seclusion, this is the best place surrounded by nature. We were given goodies in the kitchen which was a lovely touch. My husband and I stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon and it was by far the best stop!

Eleonora’s apartement is very comfortable with a beautiful view for the lake. She’s very kind and helpful during all our stay.

Place, wonderful for those like me who are looking for tranquility and solitude, beautiful views and easily accessible walks, near the cabin there is a super Renowned restaurant in the area. But it takes a few minutes by car to find yourself in daily life, in 20 minutes you are on Lake Orta near Omegna. The hosting was very helpful and welcoming, the only thing I would recommend is more attention to the room, there was a little dust maybe due to the pellet stove. I only noticed it because I was allergic. Lovely place and highly recommended to unplug a little from the world.

It was just right for a little getaway. I was able to refuel super; the surroundings and the house were a dream. I felt very comfortable right away. Andy was always very helpful and hospitable, thank you for everything. I can highly recommend the place. I would love to come back - next time with my family.

There were four of us with our two children in this beautiful cottage and we really enjoyed our stay! The cottage is very clean and well maintained, and everything was neatly prepared when we arrived. The contact with the landlords was great – very friendly and helpful. The surroundings with the mountains are simply fantastic and perfect for families. The view was stunning! Also, the way from the parking to the hut (only about 10 minutes on foot) was no problem. We highly recommend this place and would come back any time!

Our stay at Alp Arami was fantastically beautiful! Exactly what we were looking for and booked. The accommodation was as described: quiet, clean, well equipped (except for frying pan and kitchen knife) and everything worked smoothly. The surroundings are simply magical! Forests, mountains and the soothing sound of cowbells. Perfect for hiking, switching off and letting your soul wander. The journey is a bit adventurous but absolutely feasible for experienced drivers. From the parking lot, a 500m footpath leads uphill to the Rusticco. If you're looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. Jana was a wonderful host! Warm, attentive and helpful. You can feel how much joy and love she puts into this special place! We would have loved to stay longer and will definitely come back!

Staying there was amazing, you have so much nature surrounding you, getting there is a little tricky but with the right car is all worth it! Andrea was really friendly and the place was clean and just like the pictures! Would definitely go again!

We had a wonderful time in Clelia's little cottage. Absolute tranquility, beautiful surroundings, a cozy ambiance, simple furnishings but enough of everything. The contact with Clelia was very pleasant.

Spectacular location and space! Roberta was a top notch host and was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The house is located in the perfect setting as very easy to get around by bus as well as centrally located to the BoBosco trail system. The house has everything and more that you would need for a night or a week! My suggestions to future travelers would be to grab your groceries in Tenero before coming up the Valley as the local store, while really wonderful, was not very big. I don't want to say anything good about this place for fear of not having places for next year😁. As you can see, this is a great place to stay but especially great hosts. The setting is idyllic, located at an equal distance from Lago di Lugano and Lago di Como. A raised car is very useful for passing the cobblestone path. Claudia and Luca's place has everything you need to spend time with the family and decompress. Claudia and Luca are very thoughtful hosts who answer all our questions quickly. ( This was helpful due to a car issue.) The horses were a plus for my daughter who was delighted to be able to take care of them with Claudia. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for calm, beautiful scenery, great hosts, and located 20 minutes from the great Italian lakes. What more could you ask for? 😉

We had a great time, charming village, very nice and quiet. I recommend it to everyone. Francesca and her parents are very helpful and welcoming.

We felt super comfortable and were able to switch off well from the start. Pure nature, which you also have to get involved in.

Perfect place to disconnect from reality! We were 2 adult with our 3 kids (8,6,2 months). The big kids played all day outside (there are swings and a lot of space to run around). They were not bored one second, always exploring the beautiful nature. Inside the house everything was very clean and nothing was missing. We had really everything we needed. Make sure you do the shopping ahead so you do not have to go down again (35 min one way).

The cottage is really adorable and Sarah is a great host. The staircase to the pointed gable is not for children and disabled people. The Swedish stove in the living room is great. The kitchen utensils are a bit outdated but are available for 2 people.

The accommodation is beautifully located in the Valle di Mello and for the children the surroundings are great for playing.

Il Picchio is a beautiful chalet. Comfortable beds for 7. Excellent shower. Spacious living room. Francesca is the perfect host: made great suggestions of restaurants, festivals and even a hiking guide! You have to hike Alpe Veglia! Stunning. Lake Orta is a beautiful lake and Orta San Giulio is a gem of a lakeside village. We highly recommend Il Picchio. We will be back!

Romano and Federica was great hosts. It could not have been better. The appartment was very clean, small but very cozy. It was difficult for us to drive up and down from the mountain. Luckily we should only do it when we arrived and when we left. The best thing about the appartment was the view. Thank You for a great stay!

The house is in a perfect, quiet location, close to many walks, on foot you can reach many really nice places like the horrors. The interior of the house, all made of wood, is very nice. If you love tranquility, it is the perfect place. I needed Alberto for information and he was ready and accurate. We had a quiet and very relaxing vacation. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay for some peace and quiet. Very rustic feeling. Also be ready for some improvisation since electricity isn‘t guaranteed and you may need to improvise a fridge to keep food cold or have dinner in the company of a cozy gas light. All in all a great place to stay and Maru was super friendly and helpful
