The kitchen-living room serves as a cozy living area with a sofa and seating area or, when occupied by up to four people, as a second bedroom with a high-quality sofa bed (180 x 200 cm). From here you can also access the south-facing balcony with fantastic lake views.

Our holiday apartment, renovated in 2023, is ideal for couples and families with two children. It is located in a quiet apartment complex in Sattendorf. The complex has its own private lake access with a spacious sunbathing area, changing rooms, showers, and toilets. A two-person paddleboat is available for guests' use. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area with a balcony, a bedroom (sleeps four), a foyer, and a bathroom with a shower.

The apartment itself (about 100 square meters) is furnished in a "country house" style and scores with coolness in summer and warmth in winter.
