Holiday rentals with lake access in Carinthia

The villas are a mile walk (each way) into town —perfect for working off the gelato we walked to get most evenings. They have a private dock stocked with paddle boards, deck chairs, and a fridge to store beverages for the day. Alex is the on-site manager and is very responsive and had nice local recommendations. We lived our time here.

Wonderful house, great location, everything lovingly maintained

The house was as described and in a wonderful location to see the area. Conveniently located near the ferry terminal, bus stop, and train stop. The lake was perfect for swimming and the views of the lake were stunning. Hiking was also accessable from the BnB doorstep. Markus was very accommodating and helpful. He provided recommendations for us and was attentive to our needs. We would absolutely like to stay here again!

Arrived and felt right at home! The house is superbly divided and the rooms are functionally furnished. Heidi replaced a mattress that was no longer good within a day. It's great that we were allowed to use everything. We almost inflated the bike. Because there is only one bathroom and toilet on the first floor, you could often hear the stairs creaking loudly at night. For us house dust allergy sufferers, the many carpets, upholstery and pillows are not optimal, next time we will take medication, because we would very much like to come back. Many thanks also for the very friendly welcome and great hospitality!

it was a very nice, clean and organized house where close to Ossiacher See area, you can walk to the See with a wonderful view. Lots of restaurants, Pizza, gas station and super market close by, during the night you can enjoy the beautiful stars and moon on the balcony.

Delightful accommodation that exceeded our expectations, Vanessa was very accommodating and always helped with everything right away. Perfect mountain views, all perfectly prepared. The house was very cold at first, but after contacting the host, who responded immediately and adjusted the temperature was perfect. Thank you. ❤️

We stayed with 6 adults and 2 children. The house has a beautiful view of Lake Millstätter, which can be enjoyed from the large terrace. The facility of the house left nothing to be desired. The kitchen in particular was superbly equipped. Towels etc. were also more than enough. Basically, the rooms are very stylishly furnished. You feel right at home. Unfortunately(!) we were only passing through here for two nights. We would have loved to have stayed much longer at this place. Thanks to Margot and Stefan - two very nice hosts :)

We stayed here with the family. The place was comfortable and perfect for 10 people. It was clean, organised and there was everything we needed for our weekend trip. Karin communicated with us through the whole trip and she was super helpful and kind when we needed help. Thank you!

A really super apartment with great views of the lake. The host has always been helpful and available. The apartment has everything you need and has also been very well maintained. I can highly recommend it!

We had a great stay in Johannes's apartment and felt very comfortable. From the apartment you can take beautiful walks on Lake Millstätter See or to the adjacent Mirnock. During our stay, we worked in the home office and a router was not enough for us. The problem was solved directly by the nice lady in the house by providing us with another router, just great!

We received all the necessary information before our arrival, so the flexible check-in went smoothly. We liked the apartment very much at first sight and we felt very comfortable during the entire travel period. We particularly enjoyed the view from the very spacious balcony, which we used at every opportunity. Another highlight for us was the central location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Theresienhof. Brigitte and Simone are very friendly and helpful. They give you lots of good tips about where to eat or where to go. You can also join Simone for a sport activity or Brigitte for a creative activity. We loved the breakfasts at the terras. The location is very fine. You can walk to the lake to cool down after an active day. We hope to come back.

Fabulous house and location. 15 to 20 minutes walk from train station. Spar supermarket near the station, along with bank, pharmacy and a few cafes and restaurant. The lake is beautiful with plenty of activities. Also right behind is the beautiful forests for nature walks with waterfalls. House has everything to would need. Highly recommended.

Very fast communication and help with questions. Also flexible arrival. All in all very nice apartment.

We felt very comfortable in the spacious apartment. The house, the garden, the small private beach with rowboat on Lake Faak - simply fantastic. It was very pleasantly quiet and relaxed. Hermione is a great hostess. We'll be back.
