Apartment holiday rentals in Lake Silvaplana

The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with tasteful decor throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, and the beamer was a great bonus for movie nights. The terrace was a highlight, offering a lovely space to relax, and having a parking spot in the garage was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this place, especially for those interested in cross-country skiing, as the track starts right outside the building. A perfect place to stay in St. Moritz!

Comfortable and quiet accommodation with excellent host. Views are as pictures show and lovely to relax on small balcony. Having asthma and slight mobility problem I did struggle with the 10 minute walk, all uphill, from town to home. The only other route consisted of 97 uneven stairs, the middle section being unlit. The apartment is twenty stairs up with no handrail. Taxi fare at night was only 10 euros so not a major problem. Also the C30 bus passes at the top of the road.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach unvergesslich. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von Giordano empfangen und zu unserem idyllisch gelegenen Häuschen begleitet. Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – gemütlich, sauber und mit einem Ausblick, der einem den Atem raubt. Die Ruhe und die Natur ringsum machen diesen Ort zu einer echten Oase. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft: Giordano war stets aufmerksam, hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob wir etwas brauchen, und uns sogar mit einem selbstgemachten Kuchen begrüßt – so fühlt man sich willkommen! Für alle, die dem Alltag entfliehen und inmitten der Natur neue Energie tanken möchten, ist dieser Ort absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Joli appartement, pratique et confortable avec local de ski simple et accessible, le tout super bien situé, près du centre, des restaurants, de l’office du tourisme et des bus pour le ski ou le train. L’hôte Emanuela est très disponible pour aider et répondre à toutes les questions pratiques. Silva Plana est une belle découverte. Village calme et charmant avec des gens accueillants. Paysage à couper le souffle, domaine skiable incroyable où ski de fond sur les lacs gelés, en bref une super expérience dépaysante. Nous reviendrons.

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

Very nice. The apartment is in a building right in the center of the Dorf. It has a small balcony but the views of the lake are really nice. Very comfortable space and well supplied. There is no parking at the location which causes some complications but we can suggest a hack. If you go to the apartment by car (that would be on the street some ways below the apartment near the fancy hotel). You can go up and get the key. The key will open the garage doors right on the street. You cannot park in there but you can access an elevator that goes directly to the apartment floor. Load luggage and take it up. Then drive back to Serleta parking and take escalators up. In any case, Maximilian was very helpful and the place is very good.

Andrea’s apartment is extraordinary. The terrace and the bedrooms overlook the lake and the entire apartment is spotless and well equipped. We are so grateful for our time in Varenna and beautiful lake Como. To top it off our host helped us secure a reservation at Al Prato a very hard to get into restaurant located just across the square from our apartment. Best dining and service we had - highly recommend Andrea’s apartment. It is magical.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfectly located right next to the Funicular and next to the promenade that runs around the marina in Como. Despite being in a busy area it is set back a little from the road so it also feels peaceful and quiet. The little balcony is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view. It is exactly as it appears on the photographs, only better in real life. Communication was super responsive and helpful, with restaurant suggestions and local information provided. We enjoyed a trip on the funicular one evening to watch the sunset and walked to the lighthouse at the top (steep but rewarding with a great view).

Die Unterkunft bietet einen unvergleichbaren Ausblick auf den Comer See. Wer Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe abseits der durch Touristen überlaufenden Orte am See sucht ist hier optimal aufgehoben. Der Weg dorthin gleicht einem kleinen Abenteuer, welches Dank der Wegbeschreibung gut zu meistern ist, sofern man sich der Herausforderung italienischer Straßen stellen mag. Fußläufig ist die Unterkunft nur erreichbar mit zeitlich sehr grosser Aufwendung und körperlicher Fitness.

Von unserem wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Janas und Stefans Wohnung können wir nur Gutes berichten: alles sah aus wie auf den Fotos, tipptopp sauber, in allen Bereichen bestens ausgestattet, sehr durchdachte Details, liebevolle Deko, Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Eine Mappe für alle Eventualitäten mit sehr ausführlichen Beschreibungen ist vorhanden. Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants (leider gibt es keins in Schmitten selbst), dafür einen Supermarkt. Und der Blick vom Balkon ist einfach nur grandios. Da nimmt man auch die viertelstündlichen Glockenschläge der Dorf-Kirche gerne in Kauf. Jana und Stefan sind supernette Gastgeber. Alles hat super gepasst - wir kommen gerne wieder!

What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Stefeno met us at the dock when we arrived and even met us for coffee when we left. Truely a Super Host

Amazing place directly on Lake Como. Fit for a King and Queen. Everything was perfect. Nice touches throughout to make it a 5-Star experience. Good communication. Very responsive. The place is simply amazing! The view is beautiful,

Alessandra & Fabio’s place is an easy apartment to find & a 20 minute walk from the St Moritz main terminal - it’s a walk past a gas station beside the terminal, past a traffic circle, an elevated lookout & down a beautiful paved walkway along the Lake. You need to go up a staircase on foot from that walkway, up to the apartment street. There’s a great grocery store called ‘Coop’, literally across the street & we were able to make a delicious dinner for 5 with the items available in the kitchen. We loved the balcony with the view of the mountains & lake. The large table was great to gather around. Everyone had beds that were comfortable. Initially it didn’t seem like there were lights in the apartment main area, but we figured out that they turn off to save electricity & you can turn them on on a switch beside the exterior apartment doors, much like a doorbell switch. One of my favourite memories will be the view of the antiquated chalets & garden out the primary bedroom window.

Ce séjour en famille s’est extrêmement bien passé ; nous nous sommes régalés dans le logement de Luca qui correspondait parfaitement à la description. L’atout charme : le spa et le jacuzzi avec une vue imprenable sur le lac 😍 Un grand merci aux co-hôtes Andrea et Carla pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité dans les échanges avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Ich hatte eine Super, ruhige und erholsame Zeit in der Wohnung. Alles war perfekt sauber und auch die Kommunikation hat immer sehr gut funktioniert! Ich konnte trotz relativ schlechtem Wetter einige schöne Wanderungen und Ausflüge zu Fuss unternehmen. Die Natur rund um die Wohnung ist wunderschön und der Hotpot hat auch seinen Zweck erfüllt 👍 Danke Chiara und Familie für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Lenzerheide! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders genossen haben wir den Zugang zum Pool und Dampfbad im Hotel Schweizerhof – einfach super! Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Rolig og flott sted, leiligheten var som beskrevet i annonsen. Vi var 6 voksne som hadde ei flott uke i leiligheten med flott utsikt. Vi leide sykler fra @Bike it! Bellagio, veldig god service her også. Fint å sykle å oppleve nye steder, ferge fra Bellagio gikk til begge sidene av innsjøen og var lett tilgjengelig 😊
