Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Lake Washington

Great place to stay while in Seattle. Love how close it was to local Queer Spots and places to eat. Everything seemed to always be just a few minutes away. The apartment is really cute a cozy. Host really paid attention to making it feel welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy thanks to instructions shared. I loved being able to use the gym located on the first floor too. There’s construction sky folding in front of the building, but there was no noise or anything that was heard from the apartment. It was on the other side of building. The fire place was so cozy!! Loved staying here. Highly recommend.

The stay at Joes was great. It’s quite the hike up the driveway since we cannot park down in the bottom but totally doable especially because he allows you to unpack at the bottom! We just happened to be there for a softball tournament so we had lots of gear to pack in and out. The ONLY thing I’d ask for is to put a mirror in each room, due to having only 1 bathroom and the mirrors available only in one room and not all 3 was a little difficult for the women in the house but we made it work. It was nice, quiet, clean and exactly what we needed for the weekend!

Wladimir is a very gracious host, great communication, not intrusive. It’s a beautiful little rental with a cute little patio. Easy to get in and out of very cute and well-kept.

We loved our stay in Seattle!!! The condo was just as described and pictured. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well appointed. The neighborhood was walkable with easy access to food, fun, and transportation. The hosts were so kind and responsive. We loved our time here!

Beautiful home, especially the backyard and the views from the living room. We brought our dog so the fenced-in yard came in handy. As other reviewers mentioned, the street is very steep and the driveway is narrow. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wow wow wow this place was surreal! Showstopper views overlooking the sound and Mt. Rainier from the deck and bedrooms. Private beach with sea lions. Fire pit sunsets. It felt like a real home with warmth and thoughtful touches vs a staged Airbnb. We loved the outdoor blankets for evenings in the deck. I could go on and on. Highly recommend for a magical family reunion backdrop!

I stayed at this house for a longer duration while relocating to the area and it was phenomenal! The views are beautiful and the walking trail around the estuary (immediately behind the house) is lovely and peaceful, and connects to a small park. Great safe yard for pets. The house was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. I needed to do some work from home and this house is great for that with spare monitors and workspaces, and wifi worked well. Tessa was extremely helpful and responsive throughout my longer stay, a great host. Checkout was simple with no excessive tasks to complete. One of the best Airbnb stays I've had, and would very gladly stay again!

I really enjoyed staying here. I got to meet up with my daughters for graduation and have some family time together since we live in different states. Absolutely beautiful property and a wonderful place to hang outside. I highly recommend staying here. It was stocked full of amenities and things you would want to have. Only thing it was missing was a working grill & AC. There was already one tower fan which helped and I bought another one to make it cool enough to sleep. Ended up using the air fryer instead of grilling and it all worked out well. The dining table is perfect to play board games (bring your own) in, the hot tub is really nice in the evening to unwind. You are absolutely going to love your stay in this beautiful home and property. Waking up to hearing the birds chirp was the highlight! I enjoyed watching the hummingbirds on their fuchsia plant and making s’mores in their fire pit with my kids. We absolutely loved the patio and the projector room was really cool too!

We had a great time staying here for a girls’ weekend with a group of 6. The house was spacious and comfortable, and we loved hanging out in the backyard! The neighborhood was quiet and very close to Carkeek Park, also a short drive into downtown Ballard. Would gladly stay again!

this space is perfect for gatherings of friends or family. easy spot to get to from the freeway and in a spot quiet enough to get the outdoors feels of the lake and trees.
