Set over a detached garage on a private estate on Yarrow Point in Bellevue, our 700 square foot carriage house has a private entrance and parking with peak-a-boo views of Lake Washington and a beautiful garden. Perfect for the travelling executive or couple, the carriage house is newly remodeled and offers the same little details you would want in your own home: Wi-Fi, 50” TV, SONOS Friendly, Keurig coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen, heated bathroom floors, comfortable queen size bed, 800 count bedding, washer/dryer, luggage stands, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The carriage house is perfectly situated in a charming, quiet neighborhood setting just 5 minutes from downtown Bellevue and Kirkland and 10 minutes from downtown Seattle (close to 520 bridge). This is a perfect get-away where you can relax and explore all the wonders of the beautiful Pacific Northwest — an ideal place to call home while you experience the culture and activities of Seattle. Less than 2 miles from Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square shopping centers, you are minutes from world class dining, shopping, entertainment, boating, hiking, skiing, and golfing. The carriage house is dedicated to hospitality: it is clean, spacious, and filled with the essentials. The kitchen is ready for the gourmet chef to cook and if cooking is not your passion there are many amazing restaurants that are just a couple of miles away. We live in the main house and will be happy to answer questions and to help make your visit perfect. Check in is after 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed upon. We love animals, but we are an allergy-free listing and cannot host pets. Finally, please respect that we are a smoke-free listing.

Mama Moon Treehouse

This magical treehouse was built by Pete Nelson 25 years ago and recently renovated with help from his crew. It sits in living trees on our 5 acre property next to its own little pond and fountain. It has a bathroom with sink and toilet, hot water outdoor shower, wifi, heat, AC & more! Enjoy the outdoor space with, hammocks, grill and fire pit by the pond. It's 1 mile from Lake Alice so grab the paddle boards and head to the lake! Plus, book a sound healing or sacred ceremony while you're here!

Home away from Home. Attractively furnished 1-bedroom plus den unit, nestled in a quiet triplex just blocks from everything Kirkland has to offer. This home is spacious and stylish with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and walk-in closet. The den is complete with a desk and high-speed Wi-Fi. The 55” Smart TV is equipped with Roku for easy streaming. The bedroom is inviting, with a king-size bed and comfortable bedding. Please note: There are stairs leading from the reserved parking.

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

Located on a private road in downtown Kirkland, it's easy to enjoy a leisurely walk along the shores of Lake Washington, or to bike or jog the Cross Kirkland Corridor. A great workout is steps away at Crestwoods Park Stairs and Circuit Stations.
