As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of April 2025.
