It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

The house is located on the north shore of Lake Zell and is two stories high. On the first floor is a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with large dining area and access to the covered terrace. In addition, there is a bedroom and a toilet. In the basement there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a toilet. The lake is a 5-minute walk. The center of Zell am See is 1.5 km away. Breakfast service is available on request!

Our newly built AlpenNatur Chalet is an exclusive vacation home built from local natural materials such as old wood, Swiss pine wood and natural stone. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.

A charming cottage in a Troadkasten look with modern amenities in Alpine style overlooking a beautiful orchard is at your disposal. The 100% wooden house offers every luxury despite minimalist space. The house is in a good location in the top skiing and hiking area of St. Johann im Pongau/Alpine village. The crackling of the wood-burning stove and the processing of old wood offers an alpine feeling.

The apartment is located in the city center - within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, city gondola for skiing and hiking. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of April 2025. Welcome to Lakeside Penthouse 16 – only 5 minutes walk from the old town and 2 minutes from Zeller Strandbad! In winter you can reach the ski lift in about 10 minutes on foot. You can enjoy the fantastic lake view directly from the penthouse. A detached parking space as well as a spacious garage are available – ideal also for bicycles or sports equipment such as skis.
