Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Lakeside

This was a wonderful, charming place. So easy to find and check in. It was absolutely clean and tidy. Check in and check out were easy. I was a little nervous at first for street parking in Richmond can be difficult, but it wasn't an issue at any time of the day or evening when we returned to the home. Sitting on the porch enjoying the weather after a day of touring the city was so pleasant. The area is peaceful and quiet. It is perfectly placed for access to all activities in Richmond but quiet and restful in the evening and sleeping, away from the hustle bustle of the city. We will happily stay again when the need arises.

Our family of five had a quick stay at Josh’s and the home did not disappoint. It was spacious, comfortable, and convenient. The back porch and yard was our favorite space - the fire pit and twinkle lights created a great atmosphere. We would absolutely stay again.

This is a beautiful old house! Definitely be mindful of the location when you’re booking, it’s a great location if you’re looking to go out and walk around, but the music from the bars was quite loud until very late at night. It wasn’t really an issue for us, but if you’re looking for a quieter scene, it’s something to be aware of! Very cute house, a little quirky! We had a wonderful stay

This Airbnb location was a perfect location in Glen Allen for a long weekend getaway! It was in a very quiet neighborhood which I enjoyed and had no issues at all. The house is located on a slight hill which provided more privacy for the home. There was plenty of space for us four adults and a toddler. Host was extremely communicative and easy to contact. Would stay here again!

Alex is an amazing host. If my wife or myself had any questions she responded quickly to an email. The location of this AIRBNB is near restaurants and places to shop. It’s very peaceful and pleasant. My wife and I will definitely recommend this AIRBNB to family and friends. Thanks again Alex for letting my family and I stay at your lovely home.

Love Christophe’s place in Scott’s Addition! This is our second time staying here and it was as great as the first - super clean and conveniently located, walkable and close to all of the restaurants and breweries in the neighborhood. We stayed with friends this time and there was plenty of room for our group. Christophe and Yukari are excellent hosts - very responsive, communicative, and friendly. So appreciated their help with our stay. Can’t wait to be back!

My favorite airbnb to date!!! Such a beautiful, historic house with everything we needed to feel right at home. The 4 separate bedrooms and beds were great. Plenty of space for a family or group of friends to spend time together but still have privacy. The location was perfect too with ample parking. The playground right across the street was a nice surprise for the kids too. We absolutely loved this home and will definitely be back ❤️

This place was great! The location makes it easy to get to many places in Richmond quickly and it was a perfect location for a family wedding in nearby Maymont. The house is beautiful and the furnishings very comfortable. The pool was a special bonus - lovely and relaxing with incredible plantings. Clearly a lot of time was spent considering what guests might want. I just wish we'd had more time to enjoy it.

Absolutely wonderful! The house was beautifully decorated. We used this for my partner’s birthday trip and it exceeded our expectations! We were mindful it is still an active horse ranch so there were ants but we were prepared. Other than that everything was exceptional and the horses were beautiful too!

Edna's condo was a cozy place for us to stay while visiting/supporting new parents as they welcomed another little one. Having two bathrooms was helpful, the kitchen had everything we needed for our meal prep. It's a quiet location and when the weather cooperated we enjoyed walking the trails accessed from the back of the complex. A treasure!

This house is awesome. It's huge and priced very competitively. It did have issues, but they didn't bother us too much. If you're expecting perfection from a home this size, at this location at this price, you're not being reasonable. For our needs, it was PERFECT.

Cozy, clean space for a night passing through Richmond!

This place was really nice! Perfect for what I needed. Had a washer and dryer! The kitchenette was perfect for coffee and making up a light breakfast. In great area with lots of good things to do. The check-in was super easy. Host was super responsive. If your coming to Richmond for either buisness or pleasure, check this spot out. Its a perfect place to come back too after being out all day. Nice and quiet and very clean. In a great part of town thats lowkey. I would most certainly get this place again in the future for when I need a place in Richmond to stay. We really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. It was very clean, spacious and relaxing. There were lots of personal touches such as a filled snack basket, coffee pods and comfy throws. The little playground right across the street was a nice bonus. This is an older home that has been nicely updated.

Charming house in a lovely part of Richmond. It was close to parks and downtown. We loved the backyard and were able to host my 87 yr old father in law and his wife. They enjoyed sitting in the comfortable outdoor chairs while our dog chased rabbits in the big back yard.

This was a great place to take my dogs for the weekend. They have a creek on the property that was perfect for the dogs to run around in and explore. The bus looked just like the photos and everything worked great.

Stayed at the Duck Blind for the weekend, the house was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had an awesome time staying at the cottage, perfect location near tons of restaurants and shops with a quick drive to Richmond. We booked specifically for the dog friendly aspect and everything was better than described, LARGE fenced in yard with tons of space and outdoor community seating area with tables/chairs to enjoy the sounds of nature right outside. We loved sitting under the porch listening to the birds while our dog roamed the yard getting in all the smells. Cottage has comfy king bed with full fridge, easily controlled AC, microwave and any dishes/utensils that you would need. Owner was SUPER sweet and spoke with us on the way out asking to pet our pup and if she could have treats. We would recommend this cottage to those who have pets and still want to be able to explore the variety of dog friendly places around the Richmond area while also feeling at ease leaving them at the cottage while doing activities without your pet. We would stay here again!

Responsive and helpful!

We loved staying at this charming home right next to campus! It was super clean with lots of amenities. Beds were very comfortable too. The pictures really don’t do it justice! The area out back was perfect with the fire pit and large table, and the yard was just beautiful and well-maintained. Garry was a great host! We hope to come back soon!
