Apartment holiday rentals in Lakewood

This past stay at Jeanette and Sam's lovely apartment was our 4th time staying with them and we hope to return there during our next visit to Puyallup. They are the best hosts always available to help if needed. Their place is always clean, welcoming and comfortable with a magnificent view of Mt. Rainier! We love staying there and highly recommend it to others.

Great neighborhood and walkable to downtown or public transportation. Nice apartment but we could hear neighboring apartment conversations. Clean and nice touch with the filtered water.

Our stay was AMAZING! One of our most favorite places we’ve ever stayed! So beautiful with the most amazing views! Tons of space, inside and out! Impeccably clean and equipped for comfort. So private, peaceful, tranquil, and safe! Yet still just a short drive to get anywhere you need to go. The hosts are the nicest people we’ve ever met! At our request, they took their time to chat with us about the area and provided great guidance. They were so thoughtful about our needs, but also respect their guests privacy. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful experience on all fronts! We hope to be back again soon!

Place was easy to find and instructions to check in and out were clear

Ellie’s place was amazing! Everything looked like the photos on the listing, with easy to find and easy to use amenities. The place is cozy, but more than spacious enough for two guests. We had no troubles at any point during the stay. The place was quiet, but is fairly walkable to livelier places around 6th avenue. I would love to stay here again, and I highly recommend it for anyone staying in Tacoma.

Our little family of four was in Tacoma this weekend for a college reunion and to see friends. Deborah’s home was the perfect “vacation house” for us while we were here. From the minute we stepped inside we felt right at home. No detail was spared and the home is perfectly decorated to created a welcoming environment. Even our kids seemed more relaxed. I was grateful for the location so I could sneak away early in the morning for coffee at Olympia Coffee and to pick up pastries at the Metropolitan Market. We will look to stay here again!

Everything was excellent and as described. Walmart is only a few minutes away so grocery shopping was easy. The view of Mt Rainier from the property was amazing and the drive out to the park was beautiful. Thanks for a great stay Renee!

Jeanine and Michael’s place was flawless, very clean, comfortable, safe, quiet, and private. Good vibes. Just a little hiccup getting in the first night, but Jeanine was quick to respond in minutes and help resolve the problem (I chose to leave the first night after I couldn’t get in SHE REFUNDED ME FOR THAT NIGHT, CASH, ASAP, NO GAMES) Bed is very clean and comfy and you got everything you need. Very nice and genuine person, had a great visit, would come back any time.

This place is really nice, clean, and has the most amazing view of Mt. Rainer out of the living room and bedroom windows. It was so peaceful. We loved that we could go for a hike through Frog Holler Forest right out the back door. There were several nights that we saw deer and other wildlife out of the window as well. The hosts were extremely accommodating and fast to respond to any communication. I cannot wait to stay here again. Thank you for providing your beautiful place to the public!

Quiet in the woods… except for welcoming sounds of a multitude of birds. Very private room for two with everything you’d need. Stayed only one night and hosts were super friendly and helpful

Great stay for work. Place was near to park, restaurants . House was clean and Erica was very helpful. There are times that the noise from the renters above can be bothersome but that is understandable. Overall, a great stay.

Absolutely love this place. The hosts are the best I’ve experienced- super accommodating and responsive. The apartment is perfect for one or two people and very comfortable. I enjoyed the sunny afternoons on the backyard. Can’t say enough… it’s a gem 💎

The place was beautiful, well designed and good use of space. The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch. We were in town for a family event, so we didn’t have much time to spend and chill in the space, unfortunately, as the landscaping was beautiful and there is a nice deck overlooking that, and also one of the largest TVs I’ve ever seen! So it would have been nice to chill and watch a movie there, drink some coffee on the deck, etc. Eduard was very responsive in helping us to get set up with EV charging, which we really appreciate! We’ll definitely see if this is available again the next time we have a family thing, only next time we’ll stay longer!

A great place to rest before adventuring out for the day. Equiped with all the kitchen items we needed and plenty of blankets for cozy nights.

I did want to complain about the guy that was doing drugs in his vehicle in front of the house b/c at 2am, he had high beams on that shown directly into my room while I was trying to sleep since I was getting up at 6am.

Very nice place, easy to find. Clean and quiet and perfect place to rest and relax. I highly recommend this listing to anyone staying in Olympia for any duration. Julie is a great host.

The stay at Joes was great. It’s quite the hike up the driveway since we cannot park down in the bottom but totally doable especially because he allows you to unpack at the bottom! We just happened to be there for a softball tournament so we had lots of gear to pack in and out. The ONLY thing I’d ask for is to put a mirror in each room, due to having only 1 bathroom and the mirrors available only in one room and not all 3 was a little difficult for the women in the house but we made it work. It was nice, quiet, clean and exactly what we needed for the weekend!

Everything was great. John was very responsive and a gracious host. Even brought over some of his freshly picked cherries for us. Great view of Lake Washington and area was quiet. Lots of amenities in the unit for us. Only issue we had was the high bathtub. Two of us have knee issues and it was hard to get into the high sided tub/shower. The tub is also slippery so maybe some safety strips or a grab bar inside the shower would help? And maybe some handrails on the outside of the house? Us older people appreciate things like that. Loved being able to stroll through your beautiful garden. Other than that, overall it was a nice place to stay. Short drive to the light rail station was a plus too. We took the ride into downtown twice by train. We felt very comfortable staying here. Enjoyed talking to both owners.

Awesome value for the money, and Laura is a great host. The lilypad was the perfect base for our recent trip - centrally located, super clean, quiet, and everything you need as a home away from home. The grounds are beautiful, and the hot tub hit "just right" after exploring the area all day. The cleanup instructions at the end of our visit (none - we'll take care of everything) was a pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed our stay with Laura, and would return in a heartbeat!

This was my second time at the Woodsy Retreat and it was wonderful, again. Enjoyed a hike through the State Forest, the hot tub, and all the goodies and snacks! Perfect place to relax and get away from it all!

Kim was a kind and gracious host. She communicated with us in advance as well as sending us clear directions prior to our visit. Kim greeted us upon our arrival and walked us thru the property as well as how to operate the pellet stove. She went the extra mile by surprising us with a treat for our anniversary and messaging us after our first night to make sure we were comfy. We were looking for peace and tranquillity and that is exactly what we got. The property is located in a small quiet community and is right on the water. The hot tub was clean and was our favorite place to sit and take in the view. We are hoping to come back in the summer to do some kayaking!

Great experience! Close enough to everything to get downtown easy, go south if needed, and 15-25 mins from the airport depending on traffic! House was exactly as promised.

Very friendly, always immediately responded to me. The place was much more than I expected, a lot of room, the decorations were charming. It was very quiet, serene and the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. I have to mention the big pond and waterfall, absolutely beautiful! I will definitely stay again.
