You and your furry friends can relax and enjoy this climate controlled 1 bedroom duplex with covered parking and the amenities you are used to at home. Sit on our comfortable chaise couch and watch your amazon prime shows or cast your favorite streaming service on a 50 inch smart tv. Sleep in a king bed with a comfortable 12 inch mattress and 2 types of pillows. Wake up and have pancakes with syrup and coffee or tea. Take your dog for walk to Harry Todd park with lake access only 2 minutes away.

Access to the shared laundry room with large washer and sanitizing dryer. Nestled in the woods, you can relax & unwind in the cozy suite, large deck or grounds. Hot tub available seasonally.

Entire Guesthouse on fenced acreage with rolling hills, sports court, firepit, view of Mt. Rainier, horse friends that come right up to the fence. Wonderful property for friendly dogs! Sunset Lagoon Retreat is located on a private island in the Puget Sound of Washington. Enjoy your own private beach, paddle boat, kayaks, row boat, seafood filled lagoon, & spectacular views of the Olympic Mountains all framed in a different Sunset every evening. Outdoor activities to experience without leaving your retreat. How about fresh oysters, mussels or clams for dinner from your own seafood farm? Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families and sea food lovers.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. Right on the water with use of kayaks, paddle boards, & canoe. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs - $50 each.

Spectacular Beach & View: The Loft

Wake up to spectacular views of Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier from this 700 sf, 2-story, chic and comfortable cottage on a 40 acre waterfront estate property. The southern exposure beach ( 1000ft of private beach) is the ideal for strolling, beach combing, and relaxing. A fire pit, propane bbq, hammocks, and lounge chairs awaits for outdoor r & r. Trails through the forest for hiking. Mountain bike trails at Dockton Pk..Your pet is welcome, leashed, with an additional pet fee.

Cozy Tacoma Getaway with Private Fenced Yard!

This unit is 6 mins to the Tacoma Dome! Features modern furnishings and a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa. Minutes from shops and freeways, perfect for shows, events, and exploring. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is part of a duplex and shares the onsite laundry with the other residents. It’s still a private, stand-alone space with its own entrance and yard. There’s a staircase to get in, the shower is on the smaller side, and the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.
