Amazing lake view right outside your window! This cozy basement studio has a separate entrance with a view and access to a private lake. Located only 10 miles south of Seatac Airport, 20 miles south of Seattle, and only 10 miles north of Tacoma. We are close to the Aquatic Training Center, many shops and restaurants and 20 miles from White River Amphitheater.
