Waterfront holiday rentals in L'Albufera

Chic and central apartment for a perfect stay in Valencia.

The apartment is located walking distance to the old part of the city and restaurants. It is very spacious and clean. Francisco is a great host. He helped us a lot, including organising a place to store our luggage after check out. I would come back here anytime.

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very nice beach, and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. We had a great stay! The apartment was very nice—newly renovated, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is fantastic—the beach is just a 3-minute walk away and it’s really lovely. The host was exceptionally flexible, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay!

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. The apartment is larger than it looks in the photos. It has a huge corridor. We were very comfortable and it is a step away from the beach. You have two stores on each side of the entrance, a food store and a bazaar. Will and Olga are super attentive, a great stay 😊

This was such a wonderful experience! The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained — a perfect home away from home. Carmen was an incredibly loving and caring host who made us feel truly welcomed. The location was great too — walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants, and just a short bus ride to the beach. Overall, a fantastic stay that we’ll always remember!

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

We recently spent six wonderful days in a beautiful villa in Cullera, just half an hour's drive from Valencia. The villa is located in a quiet, neat neighborhood and is ideally located within walking distance of the beach. What is immediately striking is that the house looks brand new. Everything is neatly finished, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the interior is tastefully decorated. There is more than enough space for a family, both inside and outside. The spacious terrace especially invites you to eat outside and enjoy the Spanish sun. One of the big pluses was the beautiful private swimming pool, which our children really couldn't get out of. Also practical: you can just park the car in the driveway, which is nice in this neighborhood. Cullera itself also has plenty to offer. The beach is wonderfully wide and clean, and a visit to the castle is definitely worth it. In short: a wonderful place where we immediately felt at home and close to Valencia!

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Really nice place close to the beach with the necessary amenities

We had a great stay in this dream house. Kitty's little house is beautiful and very well thought out and furnished with a special taste that we really appreciated. It is perfect for a stay for a couple like us and the private terrace is very nice. The Cabanyal neighborhood is very charming with many restaurants and bars and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. We will be happy to come back for a longer stay and I recommend coming and enjoying this little gem.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect stay for our family of five We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The location was ideal for our family with three young children. Everything we needed was there — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was especially nice during the summer heat. Our host Amparo was fantastic: always quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On our last day, we were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, and she kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Everything was perfectly taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Valencia!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay, the host was super helpful and kind. The apartment was clean, spacious and had lots of natural light and the balcony made a lovely place to sit and have a drink. The beach was just a few minutes walk, it was clean and not busy. A grocery store just around the corner made it super easy. There were limited restaurants and things to do in the area but only a 15-20 min drive into Valencia around €20 for an uber. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This apartment really is a very good place to stay. I cant say something bad about it. Everything about this wen smooth except for the entrance in the apartment that you have to type the code every time. for us it was definitely a 5 star stay.

this place is absolutely beautiful we loved it so much it was hard to leave the apartment. Conors had everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all needed to make a meal. Really a beautiful place and so comfortable.

I lived in this loft apartment for a month and would happily go back. It is located in a Spanish neighbourhood which was important to me. It is about a mile from the beach and a mile from the top of the Gardens de Turia. Easy walks as there are no hills in Valencia! Even a walk to the city centre only takes about an hour and is well worth it. Alternatively hire a bike (the city is very cyclist friendly) or use the cheap buses or Metro. David and Iris were perfect hosts. They were in contact before the trip, shared loads of information about the apartment and the city, and were very quick to respond if I had any problems or needed some guidance. The accommodation is pretty much as described but it is worth noting there isn't any real natural light in the accommodation. And if you are sharing with friends its worth noting that bathrooms are not ensuite. They are off the main living area. None of this takes away from the fact that the accommodation was fabulous.

We had a great time in Valencia! Listing was as described, clean and very nice. The owners were super welcoming, always available and very proactive. They gave us good restaurant addresses and were flexible about the departure time, which was very appreciable. Really friendly and professional hosts – we highly recommend!

The stay is even better than what you see in the photos. Incredible views and amenities at our fingertips. In addition, María José is an excellent host. She informed us everything in detail and was ready for anything that came up with us.
