Waterfront holiday rentals in L'Albufera

Wir haben zu zweit eine wunderbare Woche in Valencia verbracht. Die Wohnung von Antonio war perfekt für diese Reise, da der Strand direkt vor der Tür war und mit die Altstadt und alle andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erreichbar mit dem Uber waren (durschnittlich um 10 Euro bis zum Ortszentrum). Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, hell, ruhig und sauber. Die Austattung der Küche ist sehr gut,man hat quasi alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind ganz bequem. Vielleicht die Wände sind ein bisschen hellhörig, das ist aber meckern auf höchsten Niveau und soll die allgemeine Bewertung, die super positiv ist, nicht beeinflussen. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war makellos, er hat uns sogar ein Taxi für dir Hin- und Rückfahrt zum Flughafen gebucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern irgendwann wieder. Danke Antonio, wir waren wirklich begeistert!

The apartment is located walking distance to the old part of the city and restaurants. It is very spacious and clean. Francisco is a great host. He helped us a lot, including organising a place to store our luggage after check out. I would come back here anytime.

Wij hebben twee geweldige weken gehad in Cullera en appartement was fantastisch. Super mooi uitzicht, rustig, van alles voorzien en ochtendzon. Je hebt wel absoluut een auto nodig om bij het appartement te komen en kunt daar prima parkeren. Je rijdt de berg af en bent gelijk bij een heel mooi strand en met vijf minuten ben je bij de Consum supermarkt. Het is vijftien minuten naar het station in Cullera, waar er elk half uur een trein naar Valencia gaat. Het openbaar vervoer is zowat gratis, daar kun je niet zelf tegen rijden. Er loopt een hele mooie wandelroute van zo'n 14 km achter langs het appartement over de berg en deze komt ook langs het kasteel in Cullera. Onderaan de berg links en dan 10 minuten lopen zitten de restaurants Benavent en Mare e Monti, in Cullera centrum zit Desi en verder naar zuiden bij de rivier zit Casa Salvador. Vicente en Gonzalo, nogmaals bedankt en misschien tot ziens.

С чистым сердцем рекомендую!!! Приветливая хозяйка встретила нас в 22.30, всё показала рассказала. Квартира чистая, постель безупречно белая, полотенца белые и пушистые. В кухне всё - техника, посуда, полотенички. Душ упакован- гели, шампуни, кондиционер для волос, фен. Бегал маленький,,хозяин- пылесос,, всегда чисто без всяких усилий. До пляжа 2 минуты. Магазины, кофейни, фруктовые и мясные лавки ,ресторанчики повсюду. До супермаркета 5 минут, рядом с супермаркетом автобусная остановка. Автобус едет прямо в центр Валенсии. Всё просто идеально!!!

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. Thank you Vanessa for such a great experience!!

El apartamento es mas grande de lo que parece en las fotos tiene un pasillo enorme , estuvimos super agusto y esta a un paso de la playa.Tienes dos tiendas una a cada lado del portal de alimentación y bazar. Will y Olga super atentos una estancias estupenda 😊

This was such a wonderful experience! The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained — a perfect home away from home. Carmen was an incredibly loving and caring host who made us feel truly welcomed. The location was great too — walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants, and just a short bus ride to the beach. Overall, a fantastic stay that we’ll always remember!

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Wij hebben onlangs zes heerlijke dagen doorgebracht in een prachtige villa in Cullera, op slechts een half uurtje rijden van Valencia. De villa ligt in een rustige, nette wijk en is ideaal gelegen op loopafstand van het strand. Wat direct opvalt, is dat de woning spiksplinternieuw oogt. Alles is netjes afgewerkt, de kamers zijn schoon en ruim, en het interieur is smaakvol ingericht. Er is meer dan genoeg ruimte voor een gezin, zowel binnen als buiten. Vooral het ruime terras nodigt uit om lekker buiten te eten en te genieten van het Spaanse zonnetje. Een van de grote pluspunten was het prachtige privézwembad, waar onze kinderen werkelijk niet uit weg te slaan waren. Ook praktisch: je kunt de auto gewoon op de oprit parkeren, wat fijn is in deze buurt. Cullera zelf heeft ook genoeg te bieden. Het strand is heerlijk breed en schoon, en een bezoek aan het kasteel is zeker de moeite waard. Kortom: een heerlijke plek waar we ons direct thuis voelden en vlakbij Valencia!

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Wir hatten leider nur 4 Tage Zeit, aber Valencia ist immer eine Reise wert. Eugenia war von Anfang an sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat prima geklappt. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und hell, alles da was man braucht. Sogar Klappliegen und ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand, der etwa 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Die Matratzen sind super.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette rêve de maison. La petite maison de Kitty est belle et très bien pensée et aménagée avec un gout spéciale que nous avons beaucoup aprecié. Elle est parfaite pour un séjour de une couple comme nous et la terrasse privée est très appréciable. Le quartier du Cabanyal est trs charmant avec beaucoup des restos et bars et la plage est à 5 minutes à pied. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un séjour plus longue et je recommande de venir et profiter de ce petit bijou.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect stay for our family of five We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The location was ideal for our family with three young children. Everything we needed was there — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was especially nice during the summer heat. Our host Amparo was fantastic: always quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On our last day, we were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, and she kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Everything was perfectly taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Valencia!

Ich habe mich in dem Apartment rundum wohlgefühlt! Es war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und gemütlich, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühl. Vielen Dank

This apartment really is a very good place to stay. I cant say something bad about it. Everything about this wen smooth except for the entrance in the apartment that you have to type the code every time. for us it was definitely a 5 star stay.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in het appartement, het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Super fijn de stoeltjes en parasol voor het mooie schone strand (recht voor de deur). Leuke uitstapjes genaakt in de omgeving: Gandia en Valencia en veel gewandeld over de boulevard. Het uitzicht op het balkon is prachtig. Conor en Diana reageerden direct als er iets was. Erg vriendelijk! Als we nog een keer naar Cullera gaan, komen we graag terug!

I lived in this loft apartment for a month and would happily go back. It is located in a Spanish neighbourhood which was important to me. It is about a mile from the beach and a mile from the top of the Gardens de Turia. Easy walks as there are no hills in Valencia! Even a walk to the city centre only takes about an hour and is well worth it. Alternatively hire a bike (the city is very cyclist friendly) or use the cheap buses or Metro. David and Iris were perfect hosts. They were in contact before the trip, shared loads of information about the apartment and the city, and were very quick to respond if I had any problems or needed some guidance. The accommodation is pretty much as described but it is worth noting there isn't any real natural light in the accommodation. And if you are sharing with friends its worth noting that bathrooms are not ensuite. They are off the main living area. None of this takes away from the fact that the accommodation was fabulous.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Valence ! Le logement était conforme à la description, propre et très agréable. Les propriétaires ont été super accueillants, toujours disponibles et très proactifs. Ils nous ont donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants et se sont montrés flexibles sur l’heure de départ, ce qui a été très appréciable. Des hôtes vraiment sympathiques et professionnels – nous recommandons vivement !
