Perfectly located for visiting the Emerald Coast: St Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, St Cast, Dinan..... 3-star "furnished tourist accommodation" label granted by the French Tourist Office. NB: in summer the rental is by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Outside summer: 2 night minimum rental.

We'll be happy to host you in our fully renovated studio, completed in 2022. Located 200 m from the beach, 50 m from shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, restaurants...). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has sea views including the Île des Ébihens and Cap Fréhel. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

An incredible view, a unique location in a residence facing the beach Close to tourist places such as Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo, Mont Saint Michel... In the front row to contemplate the spectacle of boats, windsurfing, kite.... The rental includes exit cleaning, sheets, towels, tea towels and welcome kit for €40 for 2 nights and €50 beyond. Your beds are made with cotton and/or linen sheets. WiFi included - no TV.
