We'll be happy to host you in our fully renovated studio, completed in 2022. Located 200 m from the beach, 50 m from shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, restaurants...). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has sea views including the Île des Ébihens and Cap Fréhel. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

Ideally located a 5-minute walk to the lagoon and a 10-minute walk to the sea, this recently installed cottage awaits you to enjoy a weekend or your vacation discovering Brittany.

The Swallows' Nest

A small nest perched in the trees, out of sight, 4 meters from the ground… in an eco-friendly approach. The swallow's nest is a small sphere equipped with a round bed 2.1 m in diameter, which can comfortably accommodate two adults. The hidden terrace in the treetops opens to the east, perfect for an outdoor breakfast. On the ground, you have access to a private area to make your stay more comfortable: bathroom, toilet, mini kitchen

Charming 65 m² duplex apartment in the center of Dinard, 1 minute from the beach of Ecluse and the jetty for St-Malo, and 5 minutes from the city center. Linens (sheets and towels) are provided, and beds will be made upon arrival. Please note: the bedrooms and kitchen are quite low ceilinged, the apartment is not recommended for people over 1m85.
