Carefully decorated, you will find all the comforts you need during your stay.

The cathedral ceiling offers great clarity to this loft through with the ocean and horizon as its only opposite. The living room is composed of a living area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The sleeping area receives a very large bed.

Come and stay in our charming studio located 200 m from the beach, at the foot of the shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, bar, restaurants). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area (boat cabin style), located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has a great view of the Île des Ebihens. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

The Swallows' Nest

A small nest perched in the trees, out of sight, 4 meters from the ground… in an eco-friendly approach. The swallow's nest is a small sphere equipped with a round bed 2.1 m in diameter, which can comfortably accommodate two adults. The hidden terrace in the treetops opens to the east, perfect for an outdoor breakfast. On the ground, you have access to a private area to make your stay more comfortable: bathroom, toilet, mini kitchen
