You will be ideally located at the crossroads between the large beach of Saint-Sieu located 600m away and the town center. The location is ideal to do everything on foot and enjoy this beautiful corner of Brittany. The house offers great comfort. It consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 double beds, 4 single beds, 4 shower rooms and two large living rooms open to an enclosed garden facing southwest.

We'll be happy to host you in our fully renovated studio, completed in 2022. Located 200 m from the beach, 50 m from shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, restaurants...). Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has sea views including the Île des Ébihens and Cap Fréhel. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

Newly furnished studio, bright living room, open kitchen, comfortable bed, TV, bathroom with toilet, closet, terrace and private parking, key box. Accommodation adjoining ours, we are easily available.

Relax in this very relaxing wooden house due to the materials chosen for its decoration and extremely pleasant to live in due to its brightness from morning to night , its quiet terrace away from the winds and its cozy little nests upstairs (3 bedrooms with shower room). In addition , the sea view from the garden, kitchen and bedrooms will allow you to see if the sea is high for swimming or if it is removed to go fishing on foot .

The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
