Duplex with a magnificent view of the sea, the port of Bas-Sablons, and Dinard, with a front-row seat to the sunset over Cap Frehel! With an area of 45 m2, it consists of a living room and a bedroom upstairs. Close to Les Bas-Sablons beach, shops, restaurants, and a market. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes on foot to reach the city center and its ramparts. Wonderful walks in the surrounding area, such as the Tour Solidor, the Cité d'Aleth with a view of Dinard, and the Port des Bas-Sablons.

Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.
