The property is a very large converted barn in rural settings with amazing views. Ideal for large families of all ages With its great size bedrooms, 3 of which have there own ensuite shower rooms ( 1 on the ground floor ideal for the elderly ) the 4 other bedrooms have 2 large shower rooms to share. Large 6x12 private pool with roman steps, open from May to October ( not heated ) Outdoor BBQ by the pool, shade seating and plenty of parking space. All in a peaceful setting.

This restored barn is ideally located to go to the ocean (Moliets 5 km) or Lake Leon (2 km). Many possibilities for adults and children: descent of the Huchet current, surf lessons, market every day in the village which is 5 minutes by bike. A bike path is 200 m from the house and leads directly to the village under the pines or to Moliets, Messanges, Vieux Boucau... The house is fenced on 3 sides, the 4th side overlooking the forest.
