The area is very calm and the house is accessed through a large electric gate onto a large secure parking area. The accommodation is on the first floor and private from the main house. The entrance and foyer is a shared area.

My accommodation is in a great location, 500 m from the lake, 200 m from the golf course and 6 km from the ocean. It is a 25 m2 chalet with sitting area, TV and fridge.
