A lovely place to stay. We loved spending time on the patio and looking out at the beautiful view. Lots of space to relax in. All the bedrooms are stunning and spacious. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Munich.

The house was clean, spacious and nice! It matched exactly the pictures. It was in a quiet area with lots of parking spots outside. The host was very responsive and kind! We enjoyed our stay.

The location was great with a couple of bakeries nearby and grocery stores within a couple of blocks. The U-Bahn was an easy 5 minute walk that connects to the main Bahnhof. The apartment is a great size for large groups. We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers and there was more than enough room. The place was very clean and in excellent condition. The courtyard was an extra bonus and a nice place to have bier at the end of the evening. The host was very helpful and responded to our questions very quickly.

Very nice, quiet, and comfortable house with a great outdoor space. The kids loved the chickens, bunnys, and the trampoline. Lots of opportunity for kids to play and have fun. Very enjoyable for us grown-ups, too, with nice indoor and outdoor spaces and a decently equipped kitchen. Very friendly and welcoming hosts.

It was very nice and we all liked it very much. The quiet location, the possibilities to retreat and also do a lot in the large garden was very positive. It is a quaint and tranquil place, with many memories and things from the past reminiscent of the time of the past. The old mill and the small sawmill are also impressive, which you can look at.

We had a very good and comfortable stay at Simon’s place. The house exceeded our expectations — it was even better than described in the listing. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged. Thank you, Simon, for a great stay!

Everything went great and we were able to enjoy our stay as a large group. Especially the code lock was a great solution, so we could come and go independently.

Better as in the pictures. Very welcoming and easy to find. Quiet and peaceful. We found it perfect for kids & dogs. There are a lot of toys for both inside and outside, the forrest is right behind, there are no cars to disturb you. Very well equipped also inside, a highchair, baby beds, child cutlery and much more. Miriam was available for support or questions! Thank you

We highly recommend the place. Have been in many other accommodations, but here the inventory was very tasteful and everything very new and very clean, the beds very good. We will be happy to come back. It was very loving in detail, such as dog bowl, toys for the children, detergent,…

We were there for the weekend. Everything as described, a cozy house in a beautiful secluded location. It makes you feel right at home. The owners are very nice and available at any time if questions arise. A large kitchen-living room invites you to be together comfortably. The bedrooms are all large, mattresses are great, we slept wonderfully. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need, we didn't miss anything. Plenty of toys for children, also games for adults are sufficiently available. A clear recommendation from us!

Were a group of seven. Everything you need. It's totally quaint. Location and the troid box itself, exceeded our expectations, even though we got a few bumps from the low doors;-) Contact and handling are totally friendly and uncomplicated.

Monika was helpful when we continued to be delayed by train travel. She recommended things to do in the area. We rented two apartments and they were very clean. We had such a good time as a family enjoying the units.

This was our favorite place in our 35 day trip to Europe. Beautiful space in a beautiful neighborhood. Easy access to restaurants and local community of Eggenfelden. 45 minutes to Munich. I would recommend to anyone.

Katharina’s house was very nice and had everything we needed. There is someone living in an attached unit so we could hear them when we were in the kitchen/dining room area. We felt like we had to be super quiet when we were in there.

Place was great for our party of 6. Hans was very communicative with us when we had any questions. We would definitely pick Han’s place again when going to Germany.
