In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. El Bohio is an apartment on two floors in our BogenVilla, a farm first mentioned in 1260, which we have lovingly renovated since 2019. The balcony overlooking our gardens and meadows allows you to relax. Located between Haag in Upper Bavaria (6 km) and Wasserburg am Inn (11 km), Munich (45 km) and Lake Chiemsee (38 km) are also nearby. Your hosts Kirsten (from Puerto Rico) and Marc (from Berlin) live in the BogenVilla and are always there for you.

In addition to the main bathroom with two washbasins, a bathtub and a shower, there is another toilet in the attic.

The former farmhouse was built in 1883 from local limestone and has since been completely renovated. The vacation home is located approx. 2 km south-east of the city center in the district of Affecking directly on the Danube and offers the ideal mix of peace and quiet at night and proximity to the most beautiful sights with good transport connections.
