Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. The house has a single location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, pick berries, bike, swim in lots. This is a beautiful place at the west cost with a stunning oceanview and nature surroundings. You will have huge fields and during summertime cows, horses and sheep's nearby. You have the entire house, garden and pool area at your disposal. The 1st floor apartment is newly renovated with the pool and grill area just outside. The 2st floor is a cosy apartment with a separate entrence. With balcony with lots of sun and ocean view. Separate entrence.
