Firewood is available so that it is enough for the first day, and as an extra luxury there is a canoe and a rowboat ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing license that you buy on Ifiske search on fishing-ningsjoarna-oxsjon. But fishing for children up to 14 years is FREE. Parking is available for up to 4 cars. Åbyparken with a free golf course is located next to the house. The Galleria and Mölndal Station are close by, where the trams take you directly to Liseberg or central Gothenburg in a few minutes. The garden is park-like with a large, enclosed lawn. Sisjön is about 7 minutes away by car. Bed linens are not included.

You live in a rural setting with walking distance to a grocery store. This house is perfect for 2-3 families. Light the wood-fired sauna and take a swim in the small pond. Plenty of room & many social areas both inside & out. 2 km from the house, there is Hjortviken, a new hotel with pool club opportunity and two restaurants.
