My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Hallo lieber Urlauber, wir bieten eine Ferienwohnung in dem schönen Langenargen an. Sie befindet sich ca.100m vom Bodensee entfernt, dies sind ca. 2 Gehminuten zu Fuß. Der Stadtkern mit einigen Restaurants, Cafés und Sehenswürdigkeiten ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und befindet sich im 2.OG. Das Haus wurde 1974 erbaut, was sich auch im Design widerspiegelt -> Bad und WC sind echt Vintage :)

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.
