Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Das grosszügige Skigebiet Lenzerheide/Arosa befindet sich in nächster Nähe. 225 km präparierte Pisten 2965 m ü M viele Bergbeizli. Die Langlaufloipe beginnt neben dem Haus. Tiny apartment Lenzerheide

The vacation studio is located on the first floor of a new building. It will be completed in May 2023. The studio is perfectly equipped for 2 people with everything the vacationer's heart desires. The kitchen is fully equipped, including oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. The village center of Lenzerheide with a nice selection of restaurants and shops is a 5-minute walk away. Bike trails and hiking trails start at your doorstep, and the free sports bus stops 100 meters away.

The apartment is located on a southwestern slope on the 2nd floor at the end of the village of Lenzerheide, overlooking the Scalottas-Danis-Lavoz mountain peaks and wonderful evening sun on the balcony. The nearest bus station (Clavadoiras) is 5 minutes away and the village center, with shops such as: Spar, Volg, Beck, butcher, post office, etc., is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment has an underground parking space with direct access to the house.
