Modern black house stands on a hill only 25 m from the lake shore, over looking to the Northern open horizon to summer midnight sun. Experiences for example Sauna, ice swim, ice fishing, snowmobiling or Santa on site (plus huskies, reindeer) at additional cost.

Set in Äkäslompolo near Ylläs ski resort, Housu is a thoughtfully designed home accommodating up to 9 guests. Completed in 2023 with architect Otso Virtanen and the interior designed by Fyra, reflecting meticulous craftsmanship. Finnish spruce defines the warm interior, complementing the Arctic surroundings. Filled with natural light, it features a cosy living area, modern kitchen, and a master bedroom overlooking the terrace and jacuzzi, ideal for relaxation after days of adventure.

This unique apartment locates in a peaceful neighbourhood by the Kemiriver in walkable (3 kilometers) distance from the city center and arctic circle (Santa's Village). It accomodates four adults (max) or a small family and offers a comfortable living and possibility for exploring the sights and activities of Lapland (DIY). Erittäin korkealuokkainen parimökki Ylläs tunturin vieressä, 6+2 hlöä. Keittiöstä löytyy ensiluokkainen varustus vaativampaankin kokkailuun. Viinikaappi. Upeat maisemaikkunat metsään päin. Iso autokatos - sähköauton laturi. Pihasauna (sähkö), jonne kuljetaan lasiterassin kautta. Lasiterassilla ulkotakka ja sisällä toinen takka. Sijainti on ihanteellinen. Luontokeskus Kellokas 200m. Vaellus-, pyöräily-, hiihto-ja kelkkareitit 200m. Ski-bussi 200m, laskettelukeskukseen noin 500m.

Ylläs-Ukko

Keväälle 2024 valmistunut huvila sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla Äkäslompolon palveluiden ja aktiviteettien läheisyydessä. Valaistut hiihtoladut, skibussi/bussipysäkki ja kesällä uimaranta sijaitsevat kävelymatkan päässä. Pyöräilemään ja patikoimaan pääsee suoraan lomahuvilan pihasta. Huvila sopii erinomaisesti kahdelle perheelle, useammalle sukupolvelle tai vaikka aikuisporukassa aktiivilomaa viettäville. Yksitasoisesta huvilasta löytyy 4 makuuhuonetta ja kaksi erillistä wc:tä.

Hut Eno - tunnelmallinen mökki

Hut Eno on skandinaavinen, tyylikäs ja tunnelmallinen mökki joen rannassa, omassa rauhassa Suomen Lapissa. Suuret ikkunat tuovat ympäröivän metsän ja luonnon lähelle joka tilassa. Joen rauhoittava virta rentouttaa sohvalle asti. Takkatulen loimu lämmittää niin mökkiä kuin vierailijan mieltä. Mökissä on kaikki modernit mukavuudet ja vähän enemmänkin. 4 hiihtokeskusta löytyy noin tunnin matkan sisältä. Kaupat ja palvelut lähellä vaikka saatkin olla omassa rauhassa.

Tunnelmallinen talo Kemijoen rannassa

Luonnonkauniilla Kemijoen rantatörmällä Rovaniemeltä noin tunnin ajomatka, 65 km Kuusamoon päin.Suosittelen auton vuokraamista. Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu 75 m2 mökki ,jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, sauna, kylpyhuone, kuisti ja terassi. Mökin lähellä on (n. 700 m) uimaranta. Mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun kalastukseen, marjastukseen ja metsästykseen sekä retkeilyyn. Noin 1,2km:n päässä on veneen laskupaikka.
