The house is very comfortable and nice. Clean and in perfect condition. Well connected by bus to go downtown and the beach. Parking in the area is free and with lots of holes. Recommended for 2 or 3 people.

The apartment is just off the beach promenade. Everything is quickly accessible on foot or by public transport. It has a lot of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed it very much.

The location of this apartment is great, extremely close to the beach. It was a walkable distance to all amenities. The apartment is well laid out, facilities great, the roof terrace is an absolute bonus , great in the mornings for a cuppa and the blue skies, fabulous for the evening sunsets. All the recommendations the hosts made were fantastic we had some lovely meals at local restaurants that you may miss. Easy to use the local bus service that stops close to the apartment, no car hire required.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of storage space, and the location was unbeatable—just a minute’s walk to restaurants and the marina, and only a few minutes from the beach. Everything was within easy walking distance. Puerto de Mogán is a truly magical place—peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. We loved the marina, the quiet beach, spotting tropical fish in the clear water, and watching crabs on the rocks. The blossom-lined streets around the accommodation made it even more special. The town winds down around 10–10:30 PM, which suited us perfectly—it was ideal for relaxed evenings with a glass of wine, followed by a restful night and early morning walks for breakfast. We (couple, 63 years old) spent a total of 11 nights in Maria's "paradise" in May 2025 and felt very comfortable. The small apartment is very tastefully furnished and offers complete amenities. From the towels to the bed linen to the coffee machine, everything was there and in really good quality. Particularly noteworthy is the comfortable (albeit rather narrow) bed and the excellent pillows. The absolute highlight is of course the huge roof terrace with a phenomenal view of the mountains and the sea. There, too, everything you could wish for was available in furniture...including comfortable upholstery.

Highly recommended, the apartment was spotless, and it had everything you needed. Super nice host. Very satisfied with the entire stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb, which felt like visiting family in a suburban setting. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. The location is great, just a minute from the bus station, with a beautiful village 10-15 minutes on foot. However, after that, there are no sidewalks, so walking along the road can be risky. The house is cozy, clean, and has everything needed in the kitchen. Wi-Fi is reliable, and there are heaters, though we did feel a bit chilly at times. The lighting could use improvement, as some bulbs were out. The dining room has a fantastic view, and the terrace is great for sunny days, though the sunbeds could benefit from some maintenance. I didn’t use the BBQ grill due to water inside and lower quality. Overall, great value for money. I highly recommend this place for both vacations and long workations.

We had a good time there, the garden invites you to linger. Everything was as advertised and communication was super straightforward. Requests were responded to quickly. If you're looking for something away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place to be. It's a good idea to be mobile.

Very nice apartment with great terraces and beautiful views. Everything was as in the pictures, very clean and tastefully furnished. Everything we needed was there, especially the grill, which we liked very much. Antonio was always available, gave us many tips for activities and the check-in was very easy. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but very quiet. We felt very comfortable.

We had a very nice stay at Cordelia's, with many hikes in the spectacular scenery of this region! Cornelia is a very gracious hostess, takes great care of her guests and is always responsive. The property is as described and has everything you can expect. The luxury of freshly picked orange and lemons is great. The crows of roosters and peacocks in the area should not make you feel disturbed. The views across the valley are beautiful! The steep access is a bit challenging for anxious drivers, but those who drive the roads in Gran Canaria must be brave anyway! Thank you for this time in your beautiful finca!

Top apartment, modern, like new, very well equipped, very clean, perfect arrival indication and organization, private parking. The only less positive point is the noise of the road that you can hear a little from the apartment but you get used to it quickly. This rental is really good, we'll be back.

Maria's apartment is absolutely perfect. It looked exactly like the photos, although a little smaller than we expected but that didn't bother us. The apartment was lovely, clean and modern. The bed was also very comfortable and a lovely shower. María was super helpful and responsive in any questions we had prior to our arrival. Our flight arrived at 10am and we were able to check in just after 11am which was incredible. On arrival, María gave us a list of recommendations which was so helpful. We also really really appreciated the bottle of wine that was left for us for our recent engagement. It was so thoughtful. The complex is so clean and we felt really safe. The pool is absolutely fab, there were lots of sun loungers available, so no need for early morning rush to reserve them! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again.

Great location not far from the airport or playa de ingles so it was nice to have a good nightlife not far from us but also be able to come home and it be quiet. Would definitely recommend. The terrace was a great add on you had the sun until the sun set

The apartment is well arranged equipped with everything you need. Clean and well-maintained linens. Equipped with armchairs and umbrellas, beach mats. Charming location on the bay. Although it doesn't have private parking, it's easy to find on the street nearby. Supermarket and shops a few minutes walk.

Lovely apartment, local restaurants and a spa for groceries, all walking distance. Swimming pools were lovely and quiet, we had a very relaxing break.
