Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria - Cuenca del Guiniguada

PERFECT house to visit Gran Canaria. The house is large, spacious, has a very nice garden with a dining table and sunbathing hammocks. It's in a quiet area with easy parking in front of the house (we've gone in late April / early May). In the house there is everything: in the kitchen they have all the appliances and utensils you may need, in the bathroom there are towels, shampoo, soap and hair dryer (including the diffuser!) and also towels for the beach. Also Jean Marc was super kind to us. I strongly advise the house for both families and groups of friends!

I stayed one night at Paco and Inma's house in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and I can only thank them for the warm welcome I received. From the first moment, they made me feel at home, with a warmth and kindness that is greatly appreciated. The room was impeccable and I didn't miss anything. They even offered to pick me up at the airport, a detail that says a lot about them. It was a short stay, but I felt like a member of the family. Thank you so much for everything!

I've used this home several times and I'm always very happy. Bryan is a great host and makes sure everyone is comfortable. In addition, she has always made the effort to communicate changes to have availability on the dates of my trips I always find the spaces very clean and continue to offer a good price. Brian has been friendly and helpful, the hostel is clean and has everything you need (cooking utensils, soap, essentials, etc). Great quality/price ratio, would definitely stay here again

Our host is very nice, kind and always available to give advice or useful information. He gave us all the details before and during our stay and small "tips" to better enjoy the island. Always in a good mood, he will welcome you with a big smile. The hostel is located in a popular and lively area, close to a bus stop or with a long staircase that leads to the low area with restaurants, shops etc in 15 min. In general, a cool and caring atmosphere! I'd recommend it unseen;)

The host communicated very well, the stay was very comfortable without any hassle, the location of the apartment was very good, very close to everything, beaches, restaurants, etc., comfortable and very clean, I would repeat without a doubt

The apartment location in Vegueta is just perfect and a surveilled parking silos is only 400 mt walk. Check in is automatic which was a plus for us since we arrived late at night from the airport. We did not meet Enzo during our stay but he was very helpful via text messages. The apartment has been recently renovated I believe since everything is brand new. We never used the kitchen so I cannot comment on this. In general I would recommend this space more for a couple than for a family since the spaces are well organized but limited.

It was a great stay, the apartment was lovely and really close to the pool. The facilities were great and had everything you needed. Only problem we had was working the induction hob. Would suggest written instructions. It wouldn't stop me from re-booking though. Well worth the money.

We stood only for three days and used the flat mainly for sleeping. Nice, clean apartment, with a small patio. We were only in two and hence we used only the double bedroom, but there were two other single-bed bedrooms, and also an extendable sofa in the living area, so the flat is adequate for more persons as well. Quiet neighborhood, free parking on the street, easy to find a parking place in the front of the house. We did not know about Arinaga before, it is in the proximity of a wind turbine park, so it seems to be a windy zone. Strategically it is in a good position if one rent's a car or scooter, halfway between Maspalomas and Las Palmas and the mountains are also easy to reach. There is also a direct bus to Maspalomas. Host very kind and responsive, I recommend her place and I would gladly return also in the future.

Great communication with the host who was arranging when he could (we coyldd check in earlier when we arrived). Super easy check in with clear instructions sent via Whats App when we arrived at the airport. Great location.

The experience in the apartment was good. The accommodation is renovated, very clean and overlooks an inner courtyard, which guarantees tranquility. Although it has no street views, it was not a problem. The shower is spacious and comfortable, as is the bed. The area is pedestrian and very lively, with quality bars, restaurants and supermarkets right next door, all within walking distance. You can enjoy the neighborhood without the need for transportation. The Wi-Fi worked well and there was a large fan that moved the air very well, very functional. The only thing I missed were some bowls for breakfast, since there were only cups, and it was a little uncomfortable for yogurt with fruit and cereals. Islam was very kind, responded quickly to all my questions, such as where to buy capsules for the coffee maker, and was always available. The beach is right next door and the promenade is very nice, near the Santa Catalina park. The neighborhood is cheerful and fresh, with streets that convey openness and color.

Communication was good all the time, and we got flexible times for check-out. Thank you. We were distance working from Finland and loved the wifi and the less crowded feeling of El Burrero. There is a decent shop and many small restaurants to choose from. Much cheaper than Maspalomas or las Palmas. We walked up the canyon a bit, and do recommend it. :) Also great place for looking at aurplanes since the airport is close. Probably great beach for surfing etc, since it is windy. Overall we had a great stay! And the appartment was super.

It’s great place. With working table that was very important for me. Overall feeling was like home. Location is also great, near beach, cafes etc. overall super nice place. And Juan was very helpful and gave clear instructions on everything.
