we were two days in this apartment it was like being at home I had everything you need, the apartment is totally new and very clean, the only thing bad that being so central is almost impossible to park, but has the port parking at 5€ daily , very recommended

My wife and i had a lovely time here, great location right by the sea, great for walks along the boardwalk to the restaurants and beaches. the bungalow itself was spotlessly clean and what surprised us was the amount of little essentials it was fitted it out with which meant we only had to buy food and drink, unlike some places where the cupboards are completely bare! We even had a really nice bottle of wine, some beers and milk etc to tie us over until we went shopping the next day. We loved using the pool and BBQ and just staying in some days as we had it all. Some other visitors are commenting on the bin lorries arriving outside the front early some mornings but we had no problem with that - they after all collecting our waste as well! We had good friendly communication with Lidia and didn't want for anything more! Fantastic...

The apartment was as described. Very close to shopping and beach. It was very quiet. Maybe too quiet for party people. The bus to the airport is 5 min walk.

As soon as you walk through the door you know you're on holiday. Everything is easy and smells good. The beach is at the end of the garden, kinda like Narnia.

The accommodation is impressive and the location is very good. Unbeatable to enjoy a few quiet days on the island. Would come back.

I had a last-minute trip from Tenerife to Gran Canaria and booked this loft in Telde. It was a wise decision, as the hosts Antonio and Gabriel gave me very good directions to get there and gave me a lot of guidance about the surroundings. There is plenty of free parking 1 minute from the loft. In addition, it is in a very quiet development and I was able to rest very well. Comfortable bed too. I also want to point out that I arrived at night and they gave me access very quickly and left me welcome water and fruit. Right next door, 1 minute away, there is a very convenient cafeteria supermarket as it is open all day. I'll be back 100%. Thank you so much for everything.

Had wonderful holidays here. We originally booked Home2Book but found a huge roach in the kitchen hence booked this place (If you come across with their property, don’t book from them, their response was utterly disgusting, telling us that it’s normal to have roaches due to climate😬). We were glad that we found this place and switched over, this was much closer to a beach and restaurants. Super clean, modern and sleek interior design. Loved the place, the host was friendly too. Highly recommend :)

the apartment was just like the description, the perfect location and the communication with Anmery, fast and effective. All in general very good in general.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a week and we had a really good time, the house was clean and had every comfort, we immediately felt at home. The owner, who was very kind and helpful, also gave us more time to check out since we had a late return flight. The only flaw is that there is not much air circulating in the house as there is a small window at the entrance. Great value for money!

Nice accommodation next to the beach, for parking you have several private parking lots nearby. Both Laura and Franceso were attentive and very flexible at check-in. Thank you very much.

Josue place was fantastic! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Josue was a friendly and responsive host, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!

From the first moment, Francesca was very attentive and made the process very easy. Though the check-in is at 15:00, and since our party was arriving early in the morning, she offered the chance of an earlier check-in if the previous guest made the their check-out early so she could arrange the cleaning. Thanks to her initiative, we could make the check-in an hour before, so we were very pleased. She was also supportive and reminded us of the check-out time and, in general, she proved very competent and professional handling their business. The street where the flat is located can be a bit noisy at night, so travelers with light sleep should take that into account. There is a supermarket just next to the location, bars and restaurants nearby and a take away just round the corner. Beach is like a 3 minutes walk straight down the street, and the Parque Santa Catalina at 7 minutes walk right the opposite way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful quiet penthouse apartment with homely feel overlooking the sea and port. Responsive and welcoming hosts. Would definitely recommend and would love to return soon.
