Modern, freshly renovated 4 bedroom house in Lauchringen – Ideal for large families Welcome to our spacious, freshly renovated house in Lauchringen – the perfect place for a relaxed and comfortable stay with the entire family or a group of friends. Offering space for up to 10 adults and 2 children, the house is ideal for larger groups who want to enjoy tranquility and a vast variety of activities. What you can expect: Spacious rooms: The house offers a large entrance area, a bright hallway on the ground floor, and a cozy living room equipped with a Swedish stove (wood provided), Smart TV, Bose soundbar, and a collection of classic films for entertaining evenings. A large dining table is available (a high chair is also provided). Fully equipped kitchen: The modern kitchen offer the best of amenities for the hobby chef – fully equipped with all essential utensils like cutlery, dishes, pans, pots, a dishwasher, raclette set, and coffee machine. You will also find a generous pantry with a selection of spices, as well as oil and vinegar. Welcoming bedrooms: On the ground floor, you will find a large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and a desk, ideal for anyone who needs to work during their stay. On the second floor, there are three more bedrooms, one of which is for children – featuring an Indian teepee, a play loft, and a bed plus a pull-out bed. The other two bedrooms also offer a Double/Queen size bed and a TV. Perfect for a restful night after an exciting day! Bathrooms: You will find three bathrooms in the house, offering privacy for all guests. The ground floor bathroom offers a toilet and shower, with another WC available on the first floor. On the second floor, you will find a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. Vehicles and bikes: The house offers space for two cars in private parking spaces. For cyclists, there is a large, secure bicycle storage room in the house, and the famous fifth stage of the Black Forest Panorama Cycle Route passes right by the house. Laundry room: A large laundry room with a washing machine/dryer and plenty of space for drying laundry is available on the ground floor. Outdoor relaxation: The large balcony and the even larger terrace offer plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sun and quality family time. State-of-the-art facilities: The house is equipped with 1000 Mbit internet, so you can work or stream quickly and reliably during your stay. Location: Shopping facilities are only 5 minutes on foot, and both Zurich Airport (30 minutes) and Basel Airport (50 minutes) are conveniently accessible. The ski resort in Feldberg and the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen are also just 40 minutes away – ideal for winter enthusiasts. Important information: • Pets and parties are not allowed. • Maximum occupancy: 10adults and 2 children. • Smoking is prohibited inside the house (outside is permitted). • Access to the house is via a code lock. • Fire alarm system with CO detector is available.

Beautiful townhouse in the historic double town of Waldshut-Tiengen in the pedestrian zone near the Swiss border on the Rhine at the foot of the southern Black Forest. From here you can make many beautiful day trips. For example, to Freiburg, Konstanz, Zurich or Schaffhausen (Rhine Falls). Very good train connections. The Southern Black Forest Nature Park invites you to relax, hike, climb and swim in lakes and rivers. Tiengen is located on the Rhine cycle path. Bicycles can be conveniently parked in the house.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, and invites you to spend cozy hours indoors and outdoors after a full day of vacation or a long day of work. In the neighborhood there are two great restaurants with regional cuisine.
