Die Souterrainwohnung ist direkt bei uns im Einfamilienhaus und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang, welcher vom Garten aus zu erreichen ist. Die Wohnung ist hell und durch den geölten Holzboden sehr charmant. Wer sich über einen Blick in den Garten und das Gackern von 3 Hühnern genauso freut wie wir, dann bist Du bei uns richtig. Das 1,5 Zimmer Apartment ist sehr ruhig und nah an Weinbergen und der Natur gelegen. Sehr schön für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen. Dennoch ist Ludwigsburg in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch Stuttgart ist in 30 min zu erreichen.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
