This peaceful house, 1h20 from Saint Malo or Mont Saint Michel; close to Brittany, and forest and pond trails, offers a relaxing stay for all family and friends. Piscine de Vitré 15 min and Rennes 45 min drive. Access to train station 500m away and highway 5km away. The accommodation is equipped with a sofa bed on the ground floor that accommodates 2 additional people. The bathroom is upstairs and has a toilet, with handwasher, on each floor.

Nice cottage in Laval "cabin spirit"

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

Beautiful renovated and fully equipped country house, living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, sleeps 5 people. Bed linen provided. Quiet, at the crossroads of Vitré, Fougères, Laval and Ernée, it is also 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel, 1 hour from Rennes, barely 4 hours from Paris. The hiking trail, the Haute Vilaine trail, is at the foot of the house and a nautical base 15 km away. A supermarket and bakery are 5 km away.

Maison se situant dans un bourg de 600 habitants avec de nombreux sites de randonnées . Présence d un deuxième escalier type meunier pour accéder à une troisième pièce mais pas recommandé pour les enfants en bas âge , ni pour les personnes à mobilité réduite .
