Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Neubaugebiet über der Stadt. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich vor der Tür. Die Kurtaxe von 2€ p. P./Tag ist vor Ort in Bar zu zahlen. Located in Meddersheim, the holiday home "Ferienhaus Monteverde" has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. There are two bathrooms with showers and two separate toilets. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, heating, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The wine refrigerator is always well-stocked and wine tastings can be arranged individually.
