The teacher's residence with adjoining former primary school is located with its large garden on the outskirts of the small village of Strüth in the Taunus. A few steps from the front door, hiking trails lead into nature. The Premonstratensian monastery is also worth a visit. In the village itself there is a bakery, a hairdresser and a restaurant, as well as a doctor and a pharmacy. All other shopping facilities (Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, DM, health food store, etc.) are located (about 10 minutes by car) in Nastätten.

Wir heißen dich herzlich willkommen in Buch, in unserem neuen, komfortablen, und in sich abgeschlossenen Apartment, mit schönem Freisitz und Garten. Bei geöffneter Terassentüre genießt du Sonne, Licht und Natur. In der kalten Jahreszeit sorgen Bodenheizung und Eiche-Dielen für Behaglichkeit. Dein Bad ist direkt mit dem Wohnraum verbunden. Zugänglich ist das Apartment über einen eigenen Zugang. Die kleine Küchenzeile befindet sich im Wohnraum und steht dir zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung.

Torhaus in Kemel

Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

Als Interior Designerin habe ich diese 96 qm große Ferienwohnung als einen Ort voller Charakter und Persönlichkeit gestaltet. Abseits von kurzlebigen Trends und Massenware steht unsere Unterkunft für Langlebigkeit, Individualität und bedachtes Upcycling. Um zu zeigen, dass eine neue Gestaltung nicht unbedingt teuer sein muss. We have expanded the former granary under the roof of the old customs castle: 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 combined kitchen/living room, ideally suited for a cozy stay with a historic ambiance. The flower corner in the courtyard with table and benches is also at your disposal. The city, park and pier are within walking distance. Enjoy the shaded terrace beneath the vine arbor and the herb garden. From your secluded sun meadow, you overlook the Rhine, passing ships, and the historic Pfalzgrafenstein castle.

Urlaub in herrlicher Natur im Herzen des Rheingaus in der Nähe des Weinguts Schloß Vollrads und Schloss Johannisberg in Stephanshausen. Du darfst dich in meinem freistehenden Haus mit Garten wie zu Hause fühlen! Unbezahlbar aber trotzdem inkludiert: der traumhafte Blick auf eine Pferdekoppel und über den Rhein hinaus. Von hier aus kannst du herrliche Wanderungen starten. In kurzer Zeit bist du bei Schloß Johannisberg, Rüdesheim mit Drosselgasse, Kloster und Burgenromantik.

Lerne in romantischer Natur das Leben im Tinyhouse kennen. Das nachhaltige Gebäude wurde komplett in Eigenleistung entworfen und gebaut. Hoher Anspruch an Design und Materialien sowie ein artemberaubender Blick aus dem Panoramawohnbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar.

This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.
