Holiday rentals with a patio in Lautertal

The accommodation is so incredibly beautiful and elegantly furnished that you can hardly believe it at first glance. The view of the vineyards, the great sofa, the bed, the kitchen, the fantastic bathroom...all pure luxury and sooo incredibly stylish. Simply a dream. Stefan showed and explained everything to us personally. The lighting control is technically modern and you can enter the apartment with a code, so you can neither lock yourself out nor lose a key. We were very sad when we had to leave and hope to be able to come back soon. (apart from the apartment, you can visit about 200 wineries from Herxheim👍🍷) Thank you for the perfect short break. Perfect accommodation in the middle of Mainz for a short city break! Very clean and everything you need is available. We always travel on foot. From here, it works very well. The apartment is very small, but for a short stay in Mainz, where you do a lot anyway, I highly recommend it!

Our stay was just perfect! The place was exactly as described, clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and we felt right at home from the start. Everything was extremely friendly and accommodating. Even before our arrival, we had a very nice contact, and during our stay, someone was always available if we had questions. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and easily. Particularly noteworthy is the attention to detail in the place. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on comfort and a feel-good atmosphere here. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back any time. Thank you for the great hospitality! We highly recommend this place.

We were only there for one night, but we felt very comfortable. We were greeted in a friendly and personal manner, and there was a small tea selection/coffee to serve. Gladly come back :)

We were only in the apartment for one weekend and most of the time on the road and everything was perfect for that. Also certainly very pleasant for longer stays, especially the cookware was significantly better than with other hosts. It could be just a few more plates, knives, forks, but that's a high level of complaining. All in all great!

It was nice to stay in the apartment. It was luxuriously furnished. On the balcony, you can enjoy the tranquility, the beautiful garden and the birds. And from the house, you can walk straight into the forest with beautiful viewpoints. For us, a wonderful place to start our holiday.

My second stay was like the first - super pleasant and uncomplicated! The apartment offers everything for a pleasant overnight stay in Wiesbaden. I'd love to come back.

Lovely atmospheric little cottage. I really liked how the cottage was renovated and decorated. Delightful. Also the garden and main house were really beautiful.

Decorated with love and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need and also extra touches such as candles, games, Bluetooth box, etc. The fireplace was already prepared and we also enjoyed it very much. Ideal place to slow down for a few days:))

We had a wonderful family weekend at the Riekerhaus! A place to feel good and relax, very idyllically located and with the surrounding farms and the forest a paradise for children. We were very warmly welcomed with sparkling wine, strawberries and snacks 🤩 and otherwise the house left nothing to be desired - beautifully renovated with attention to detail!

Arrived and felt comfortable. Tips for dinner and further evening planning. The coffee emergency was also resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction ;) Departure extremely unproblematic

This place is truly special! We immediately felt very comfortable, were delighted with the ambiance, a house equipped with a lot of feeling and an enormous sense of aesthetics and art, surrounded by a fantastic park landscape. Julia is very accommodating, extremely straightforward, reliable and very helpful. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for hiking, cycling and experiencing the Palatinate hospitality, cuisine and the joy of wine. It was a wonderful weekend! Thank you so much!

Really great apartment! Spacious, beautiful - also the decor, well equipped, cozy,. The location is great if you want to be in the middle of the city and that's what we wanted. All sights and a lot of gastronomy within walking distance. You step out the door and find yourself in a pedestrian zone in the middle of the bustling street life.(1 bedroom at the back is very quiet.) We would rent the apartment again at any time.

Staying in Dagmar's place was an absolute pleasure. We were met on arrival by Dagmar's husband who could not have been more helpful. We were shown the apartment and ended up chatting with him for quite some time! This man is an absolutely fantastic host and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. Absolutely would not hesitate to return here and would recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Mainz! The train station and a bus stop for the bus into Mainz centre are both within 5-10 minutes walk. A beautiful apartment that is spotlessly clean and very spacious yet homely 😊

My stay at this apartment was just perfect! The apartment was not only super clean but also superbly equipped. I especially liked the bathroom – it was modern, well-maintained, and very inviting. The entire equipment left nothing to be desired, from the kitchen to the cozy living room. The safety precautions have also calmed me down very much, you feel completely safe here. I immediately felt comfortable and highly recommend this place!

The listing was exactly as advertised. Everything is clean and well communicated. If I need accommodation in Worms, I would book this apartment again and again. Everything worked out great, including the super fast response to questions.

The stay overall was very good. Communication with the hosts also went smoothly, so no questions arose. Highly recommended the place. I have one small criticism, however: one or two more socket adapters wouldn't hurt.☺️ Otherwise, really great. 👍🏻

The house is very nice, clean and comfortable, and fully equipped.Wencke is very friendly and very considerate of the guests. The air conditioning was turned on in advance before we arrived. The room is cool and pleasant, making people feel very relaxed as soon as you enter the door.The bed is very comfortable, and our family slept well.The kids especially love the rocking chair and the little wooden horse in the house, and they have a lot of fun.This stay was very satisfying, highly recommended, and I will definitely come back if I have the chance!
