Amazing location in the center, steps from the Museum, Plaza del Sol, Restaurants, supermarket, etc. plus the place is comfortable, the shower with good water pressure. Esther was super friendly as she helped my father be able to check in quietly and leave his bags

Super comfortable and spacious and modern. Super well located, next to the main road. On the first floor, which you can reach by stairs or elevator. All new cooking elements. Washing machine with quick wash. Central air conditioning so all the rooms were cool when I turned it on. Bright. And with the possibility of leaving everything absolutely dark with the automatic blind. There's a very nice cafe downstairs with several kinds of puddings. Thank you for everything!

Very nice place, it has all the amenities one might need, dishwaser, kitchenware, washing machine. The apartment is quite spacy. It is very well connected with a few mins walking distance from Lavapies and a few mins walking distance from Anton Martin. The communication with Ornella, and check-in process were also very easygoing and uncomplicated. Since the apartment is towards the inner courtyard, it doesnt get too warm which makes it ideal for a summer stay. I would highly recommend the accomodation.

We had an excellent stay. Highly recommended and really close to everything. I didn't realize I didn't have an elevator, but Kathy's husband helped us with our bags. Surely on going to Madrid, I would repeat with them.

Small apartment, but with everything you need. Rossy very nice and attentive, but if we don't get to talk to her my friend and I, I don't know when she would have talked to us to meet for the delivery of the keys. Otherwise, everything is very clean and very good.

The apartment is incredibly comfortable and equipped. Pet friendly. 10 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from downtown by bus. I emphasize the comfort of the beds and the armchair, which in our case we were 3 ( and my cat) we also use it for sleeping. I also highlight the central heating, we were warm at all times (we arrived right in the spring transition and it was cool outside). It even has a floating floor. Regarding the bathroom is small but well laid out. It even has bidet and a shower is wonderful!!! the most, it comes out with very good water and hot temperature all the time. The fully-equipped kitchen, we had an oven, washing machine, dishwasher. A luxury. The hosts Denisse and Fernando are always attentive to all our requirements. They were in the check-in time and we were provided with more linens and another set of keys. We highly recommend this home. Super comfort guaranteed

We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen's place. It was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, plus easily walkable to access public transportation. The space was clean and inviting, and Carmen was very responsive to any questions that we had.

The accommodation is as it appears in the photos. It's small but functional, perfect for two people. The location of the house is great, as it has bus and subway stations very close. There are also plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, at night you don't hear any noise. They were very flexible with the arrival time and that was great for us. They were very kind at all times and left the apartment clean, tidy, with shower gels, etc.

Pino’s place was great for the week my partner and I stayed in Madrid! It has an amazing location so you can walk to everything. There is an elevator which made it easy to move the luggage up and down. The wifi was fantastic, my partner had to work a bit so that made it super easy. The apartment had everything we needed, and Pino even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks! Pino was also very flexible with our check in as we arrived early in the day which was very appreciated! One thing I will mention is that it was loud at night during the holiday we happened to be there for (Constitution Day) but was quiet the rest of the week. It didn’t bother us too much as we had ear plugs! We highly recommend staying here!

The house was impeccable, the service was very good, they left us coffee, cocoa and the essentials of a house. The only downside is that it is far from the city and with the heat the commuter train or bus was very crowded, we managed with taxis and ubers but fine, the accommodation is as in the photos.

This is a great listing. It is in an amazing location, with public transportation and restaurants. Also they had everything I needed for my extended stay. Mirelis is a great host, she was very helpful with everything I needed.

Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!

Excellent experience This was my first time using Airbnb and it couldn't have been better. Tiago was an impeccable host from the start. I booked well in advance from Uruguay, and everything was as promised in the publication. The apartment is located in the heart of Chueca, an ideal area to get to know Madrid: safe, vibrant, with everything close by, and perfect for getting around on foot or by public transport. The apartment is very quiet, clean and comfortable; you can see the care in every detail. Also super bright I will definitely book with Tiago again next year. I recommend it 100%.

The host is super friendly and helpful during the stay. The metro was unavailable during our stay but owner took extra effort to help us and assist us with transporting around. The house was nice and cosy. Love to stay here again!
