It's the perfect place for recreation. You have the opportunity to fire an oven. The design concentrated on wood. To create a warm and cozy feeling.

The large Umgebindehaus of cloth merchant C. W. Henke sits in the heart of Upper Lusatia. Built in 1831 and carefully restored, it blends historic character with modern comfort: original doors, windows and floorboards, Meissen tiled stoves, linseed‑oil paints and 1930s wallpapers. With 260 m², it offers space for up to 11 guests, a big dining table, plenty of toys and a fully equipped kitchen. Depending on the season, the wild garden, the terrace or the vaulted sauna invite you to relax.

In our multigenerational house, you can expect modern furnished accommodations. An apartment for 4 people is available for our guests. Of course, your vehicle is safe at the house. You are welcome to visit and use our garden with a barbecue corner. On request, a loving breakfast with, for example, fresh organic eggs, homemade jam or delicious regional fruit and also sausage will be served for a small surcharge of 9 euros per person.

3 self-contained and fully equipped apartments can accommodate up to 12 people. Ideal for family gatherings, company outings, workshops or retreats. The meeting room on the 1st floor can be used as a common meeting or dining room. The clock and tower rooms invite you to relax or paint. A children's playground and a tea pavilion await you in the park. On request, we can also organize (result) events, e.g. concerts and readings.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.

There are 2 bedrooms each with a single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub.
