Such a beautiful place to stay! Michelle was super communicative, helpful and everything was just so easy! The place is exactly as described, lovely and peaceful neighbourhood and walkable to Walmart etc. Private driveway to park on, the house was super clean and Michelle has thought of everything from beach towels to helpful bits in the bathroom. Will 100% stay again if/when in the area. Thank you so so much for making everything so perfect and easy! ✨

Our stay was amazing! The host were very accommodating and friendly! Everything was as described and the home was beautiful had so many essentials which made our stay comfortable! Home is super cozy we can’t wait to stay again soon!

We had a great time at Seans place! We enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, the comfy bed, the nice bathroom and cosy living room. The backyard was a great add-on!! It was super cute with the lights and great for a barbeque. We were also super happy about the beach Equipment and the steamer for our clothes. Sean was very helpful and always easy to reach. We definitely recommend his place!

I loved loved loved this Air Bnb I let the hosts Arthur and Anthony know that It was my graduation and they made sure to make my graduation special! The inside was beautiful and it smelled so good! The pictures were exactly as described. The host make sure you have every single amenity you can think of plus extra towels and a washer and dryer for your clothes. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and anything I needed they made sure to have it! I loved my stay and thank you Anthony and Arthur for making my graduation special! Michael’s place was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Los Angeles. The house is up on a hill, so you have an amazing view of LA. His place is very clean, and the beds are super comfortable! I also loved the unique design of the house; it is architecturally stunning.

Great stay and would recommend! Alyssa was so thoughtful in the check-in and check-out process. I liked that there was dedicated parking available so didn’t have to try and find street parking.

A magical and safe house for family vacations

This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

We only stayed here one night to attend a graduation, but we absolutely loved the place. The pictures are great, but you won't really get just how charming the place is till you're there. It was plenty of space for 3 of us. Loved the little balcony and the writing/reading corner. We all slept great on the 3 beds: the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, even with the windows open overnight. We were there on a Wed night and we always found a parking spot close to the home along the street. We didn't cook there but it looked like everything you'd need was there. We enjoyed walking 5 minutes to breakfast at Park Pantry and being so close to everything we needed to access. Even with the hosts living in the downstairs home, we never heard them and our upstairs home was quiet and private. Pamela was always quick to respond and was accommodating of our schedule. We'd stay here again and highly recommend.

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Peaceful location on the Venice canals. Sweet little place with an adorable kitchen. Everything you need for a nice getaway. Bed was comfortable. Very walkable along the lovely canals and close to beach and restaurants. Host was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying here! Very walkable to everything we wanted to do! The bed was comfortable, and the whole space was clean and smelled great! The host was also very wonderful. And we actually found parking right in front of the gate. We will absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves in Long Beach again!

The place was very nice and comfortable, felt right at home. All amenities were there and everything was within walking distance. It’s small but not too small just right for vacation in Long Beach. 100% recommend to anyone that needs a get away and lounge around at home!

Our stay at Hilary’s property was fantastic! The check in was easy and clear instructions were provided. We did not need the parking pass that was provided, but it was great know that it was available if we needed it. The property was exactly as described and was a great value for the location and distance to the beach. Everything we needed was within a 5 minute walk. This is a place we would recommend to anyone looking for a beach getaway and we would definitely stay here again!

Gave very clear instructions and place was clean. We felt very safe and it was quiet. Only negative for me was that there were no nightstands in the master bedroom and outlets were far to charge our phones. The closer outlet was behind the bed and couldn’t get to it. Great stay overall and close to a lot of stores! Thank you.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

I was so very pleased with my stay. I brought a couple with me who are my dear friends. we had the best time! the apartment/condo was in a very awesome location one block to the shops and restaurants and a block and a half to the sand and the pier. very nice to have a garage to park in and there are items for using at the beach. The unit itself is sooo comfortable and relaxing we enjoyed leaving the slider open. The entire community is quite down to earth and so nice. I think this place is totally worth what I paid. I wish I could go back in the thick of summer and enjoy the sun as I was here during "June Gloom". It was still amazing! Thank you so much for the stay

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!
