The residence has one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and an open-plan living room and kitchen. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 and a flat-screen TV. On the porch, there is a simple hot tub and a large outdoor table with 6 chairs. Smoking is prohibited in the house. If you have a fishing license, you can fish in the lake. 27 km to Húsavík and 60 km to Akureyri.

The house has 6 bedrooms with two 160 cm beds, three 140 cm beds and one 130 cm bed. The kitchen is well equipped. There are two washing machines in the house and two dryers. There is a small stream in front of the house, and the house is located in a beautiful valley with a river. It takes 30 minutes to go to Húsavík, Myvatn, Dimmuborgir and it is 40 minutes drive to Akureyri. 10 people can stay in the house.
