Welcome to the quiet suburb of Seljahverfi, Reykjavík. Spacious, bright condo with 3 bedrooms and balconies. iMac for guests. The apartment is where I live, but when rented out I am not here (just to clarify). Conveniently located for excursions in/out of Reykjavík also easy access to the local pools, supermarkets within 2 minutes walking and outdoor area of Elliðaárdalur. Bus stop 1 minute away. The living space is generous, with a full dining table seating 6, couch, lounges, home theater.

Studio apartment with free parking. Our guests have the ground floor of the house mostly for themselves, it has its own entrance and consist of one bedroom with double bed and desk, and another room with a sofa, sink, fridge, microwave and a kettle. Small private toilet and the shower is in the laundry room. The space is ideal for 2 people. The house is close to Hamraborg bus station (10 minutes walk), local swimming pool, Sky Lagoon, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and more.

The apartment is in quiet and a well grown neighborhood. It is located in our home and it share a common entrance. Free car parking. A big outdoor swimming pool is in 5 min. walking distance also a bakery and a grocery. Sky Lagoon is in a walking distance (10 min.) from the house. Kópavogur buss terminar in Hamraborg is in 10 min. walk distance from our house. We are located 7 km. from downtown Reykjavik.
