Ekaterina’s home was cozy and matched the description in the listing. We traveled with our two toddlers and found so many fun places to visit and delicious food to eat all within walking distance. Ekaterina was very responsive and provided a detail manual in the home with sites to see/places to eat. We would love to stay again!

Appartamento situato in zona tranquilla e comodissima per il centro di Roma, a due passi dalle principali attrazioni e ben collegata. Host disponibilissimi e super gentili, non esiterei a scegliere nuovamente questo alloggio.

A Francesca foi sempre super prestável com recomendações úteis e sempre disponível para responder às nossas questões. O espaço está localizado num sítio excelente que nos permitiu percorrer Roma a pé de uma forma fácil. Para além disso, o apartamento tem tudo o que precisamos, sendo que a única coisa que sentimos foi o chão um pouco sujo mas nada problemático. Obrigada, Francesca, por nos receber :)

L’hôtesse était très accueillante. Le logement était bien situé et prêt du métro, épicerie et restaurants. Le logement convient très bien à trois couples. Nous avons eu un très beau séjour et nous recommandons fortement cet appartement . Merci !

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Lovely appartment and clean with everything we needed. The location was perfect, could walk to pretty much anything we visited. Marco was very quick to communicate with us if we needed assistance and extremely helpful.

The location of this apartment was absolutely perfect. You can walk to all of the main attractions quickly and there are great restaurants, coffee shops and gelato very close by. The property was very clean and spacious. It was great to have two full bathrooms! Highly recommend.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa ad agosto in questa splendida casa, e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. Eravamo due adulti con due bambine piccole di due e sei anni, e la casa si è rivelata perfetta per le nostre esigenze. Dotata di tutti i servizi necessari, è stata un vero piacere soggiornarci. Un grande vantaggio è stata la piscina, inclusa nel prezzo, che ci ha regalato momenti di relax e divertimento per tutta la famiglia. Inoltre, la posizione è ideale: a pochi passi ci sono supermercati e altri servizi essenziali, e la navetta per il mare è stata comodissima. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla signora Carla, che è stata un'host eccezionale. Ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e si è assicurata che il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto in ogni dettaglio. La casa è davvero bellissima, curata in ogni particolare, e non vediamo l'ora di poterci tornare. Consigliatissima!

It is very comfortable, clean you can cook as you want as the Kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, there is access to Wifi, TV, society games gor thr family, information about Terni or plsces you will like to visit, security electric door that only you have access to, lovely bathroom equipped with bidet, toilet and all you need as beddings for your stay. I highly recommend Luca's appt. Lest I forgey, there is a lovely view outside the bedroom window which is double or tripled glazed.👍👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏

le host Silvia ed Alice sono state disponibili sia nell'accoglienza che a consigliarci dove parcheggiare, anche se vi sono parcheggi davanti casa (a pagamento), non sempre si trova posto auto, ma vi sono altri parcheggi nelle vicinanze ed un parcheggio fuori dalle mura dotato di ascensore (gratuiti). C'é un pulmino che ogni 30 minuti fa il giro di Amelia, volendo l'auto possiamo dimenticarla... Sembra di essere a casa nostra, rispetto reciproco, e tanti consigli su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

Soggiorno rilassantissimo, host e personale estremamente gentili e disponibili. Bellissimo il giardino di ulivi, ideale per bambini e animali. Piscina sempre pulita e limpida. Gli appartamenti sono curati e ben attrezzati. Consigliatissimo a coppie con bambini e animali.

This was such a fun place in the BEST neighborhood! The patio was so cute and we took advantage of the fun jacuzzi (as other's posted we added pots of hot water to get it to our preferred temputure). We took advantage of the washing machine, game changer as we are just using carry-on luggage on this trip. Patrick was great and answered all of our questions and gave great suggestions. For us, the location was the best in Rome and we couldn't have been happier. One side note is take your time on the stairs.

Wir haben das Haus auf dem Lande gebucht und einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und standen uns stehts zur Seite. Die Gartenanlage ist gepflegt, der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Ein schöner Urlaub

L'appartamento della signora Cinzia ideale per un soggiorno alla scoperta della bellissima Tuscia. Abbiamo passato un weekend da favola in questo alloggio incantevole, spazioso e curato nel minimo dettaglio. La cucina, il bagno e la camera da letto sono molto curati e puliti come nelle foto . Le cose più belle dell'appartamento sono l'enorme terrazzo PRIVATO e il camino funzionante ! Molto interessante il ristorante sotto che propone ottimi piatti da asporto da mangiare nell'ampio terrazzo o meglio ancora davanti al caminetto acceso ......

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The host was amazing and went above and beyond, even coordinating reliable taxi service to and from the airport. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. One thing to note: if you're over 5'8", the shower and bathroom might feel a bit cramped due to the low ceilings and compact space. However, it’s perfect for anyone under that. Overall, a wonderful experience—I’d definitely stay here again!

Daniela è stata molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Io, mia moglie e 2 nostri amici abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni, ci siamo sentiti sin da subito come a casa, Daniela ci ha accolto di persona soddisfando in pieno le nostre aspettative. In zona ci sono ristoranti familiari e un supermercato. Per i trasferimenti noi abbiamo utilizzato il bus e la metro senza nessun problema. In cortile è disponibile il posto auto dedicato. Consigliato.

O apartamento de Alberto é muito bem localizado e decorado com muito bom gosto. Apesar de ser muito perto do Vaticano é extremamente silencioso a noite. Banho e enxoval excelente. Recomendo fortemente. Espero voltar um dia.

L' appartamento ispecchia descrizione e fotografie: ampio, pulito e ordinato. Dotazioni indicate presenti: non mancava nulla e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Posizione perfetta ad un passo dalla metropolitana e nelle vicinanze bar e supermercati. Per chi ha voglia di camminare una 20ina di minuti, comoda anche per il Vaticano. Host presente e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Sabrina was an amazing host! She greeted us at the door when we arrived and made us feel instantly welcome. We stayed for 5 nights and had an incredible experience. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, beautiful area. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including great restaurants and the metro. Sabrina was extremely responsive, always replying within two minutes whenever we had a question. On our last night, we enjoyed a bottle of wine on the peaceful terrace, which was the perfect way to end our stay. This Airbnb far exceeded our expectations. Sabrina is by far the best host I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay, we even decided to extend! Francesca was lovely and super helpful, she gave us lots of recommendations for the area as well as the rest of our trip. She even helped us book a place at restaurants in the area. The kitchen was great for making breakfast in the morning. We felt right at home and had a great stay!

The apartment is very beautiful, very well decorated and furnished, spacious and well located, close to many of the main points of interest in Rome. Furthermore, it has everything necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Amazing experience in Rome. The AirB&B is in a prime location—a 5 minute walk to the Piazza Navona. The street the AirB&B is located on is bustling with restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Everything is walkable and the location puts you right in the heart of Rome. If you want an authentic, walkable Rome experience I would 10/10 recommend Marcella's place!
