Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Lazio

Hi Serena My wife and I arrived in the morning, and Serena kindly arranged to meet us at her apartment. Serena explained things that we needed to know, and kept in touch with us throughout.The apartment is very central and a good size for two, has a lovely big terrace facing the sea, that gets the sun all day long. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the railway station for Rome trips. Ladispoli was bigger than we expected, with plenty restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarkets, and also friendly people. Our experience exceeded expectations in many ways! It was by far the best BnB we have ever stayed in. Giancarla met us upon arrival and explained everything to us. Her apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed super comfortable and she was an exceptional host! She thought of everything possible to make our travel experience special. She supplied us with a lot of extras such as wine, coffee, breakfast cake, bottled water, cookies, toothpaste, comb, potato chips etc. We were overwhelmed with her hospitality. She followed up to make sure everything was ok and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Her apartment was so cute and even had Alexa to turn on music, TV and AC. We recommended Giancarla and her apartment for anyone who wants a first class BnB experience!

This was our 5th time in Roma and we like Airbnb locations a lot better than hotels for Rome. The apartment was clean, with all the equipment one may need and the host was extremely friendly and helpful!! The location can be reached with the Tram or bus from pretty much anywhere with no problem. We would come back!

Appartement spacieux, très bien situé, à proximité immédiate du métro (à très peu de stations du Vatican et de l'hyper-centre) et d'un centre commercial où faire des courses. L'appartement est calme, la literie confortable. L'hôte nous a proposé des serviettes propres à la moitié de la semaine, nous n'en avions pas besoin mais l'attention était appréciable. Nous reviendrons !

We had an amazing time, the place is cosy and a really good location to get anywhere in Rome. Martina was an amazing host, very helpful and quick responses. Listen to Martina she has great recommendations for food!

We loved the area. It was so nice to come back to a quiet, peaceful spot after each day of sightseeing. The apartment is next to the Testaccio Market, and there was plenty of amazing food options nearby. Barbara was very accommodating, letting us check in early and offering helpful travel tips.

Simona nos recebeu em nosso check in, apresentou todo o espaço e nos deu dicas de turismo e restaurantes. Foi super atenciosa e se colocou a disposição sempre que precisássemos. Sempre deixava algumas comidinhas a disposição na cozinha para o café da manhã. Local perto do metrô. Ótimo custo benefício.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful location that was very close to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica. The host was responsive and helpful.

Ich kann die Unterkunft aufjedenfall für jeden empfehlen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Küche mit alles was man braucht. Induktionsherd,Kühlschrank ,Klima. Und die Bettwäsche hat sooooo gut gerochen einfach nur Wow. Es gab sogar Handtücher. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und es gibt 2 gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. In der Nähe ist eine Bahnhaltestelle aber ganz wichtig tickets nur mit Karte kaufbar. Zur Lido muss ich nichts sagen e isst ein Urlaubsparadies. Mapy danke für alles und ich würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Esperienza squisita. La casa è molto ben curata, in un palazzo tranquillo lontano dai rumori di una città come Roma. Per le mie esperienze sicuramente tra i primi tre posti. Per i motivi che mi hanno spinto a Roma la zona era perfetta, dal momento che lasciata la macchina, mi sono sempre spostato a piedi. Cucina e camera da letto perfetti.. caffè molto buono. Bagno impeccabile...TV stupenda per seguire le semifinali di LBA. Sicuramente ci tornerò dovessi avere necessità, sperando ci sia disponibilità. Io avevo impegni in zona ma anche se dovete visitare la città, mi sembra il posto perfetto per rientrare dopo una giornata in giro per la città eterna.

Het centrum van het leuke oude stadje is op loopafstand (10 minuten) en supermarkten om de hoek ( 3 minuten lopen ) ontbijt in het dorp prima de accomodatie is prima basis voor uitstapjes naar Bolseno , Orvieto of erg leuk beeldenpark in Bomarzo. Il rustico di Roberto è il top per chi vuole soggiornare in un luogo silenzioso accompagnato dai suoni del bosco affianco. La casa è facilmente raggiungibile, dotata di tutto ciò che è necessario, anche per poter fare una grigliata, magari con gli arrosticini! Pulitissima, confortevole, con un giardino dove io e la mia Eva (border collie) abbiamo giocato parecchio. Roberto è velocissimo nelle risposte e molto disponibile ad esaudire le richieste (nel mio caso carbonella ed arrosticinini 😋). ASSOLUTAMENTE RACCOMANDATO!

Silvias Landhaus hat uns sofort wegen seiner sehr stilvollen Einrichtung, dem Mix aus Altem und Neuem, seiner Natürlichkeit, der wunderschönen Aussicht und der Ruhe und Privatheit gefallen. Die Betten und Schlafzimmer waren sehr bequem, man konnte nachts mit offenem Fenster schlafen dank der Moskitogitter. Auch das große Wohn- und Esszimmer war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Silvias selbst haben wir immer sehr gut erreichen können und Hilfe und Tipps zur Umgebung erhalten. Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön, der Ort poggio nativo selbst ist sehr ruhig und besticht nicht mit einer lebendigen Atmosphäre, bietet aber dafür aber einen Supermarkt, der mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen ist. Es gibt aber viele andere Orte in der nahen Umgebung (~15min), welche Restaurants & Cafés bieten. Kleine Verbesserungspotenziale zum Haus wären: Kein ausreichend schattiger Ort draußen zur Mittagszeit (Terassenbegrünung von oben zu löchrig, vllt würde noch ein Sonnensegel

Pietro is a great host and although the check in/check out was contactless, we managed to easily go around with his simple and on point instructions. Always replying within a few minutes of our texts. The apartment is small and cozy with a fully equipped kitchen where we could eat our breakfast. There’s a supermarket on the other corner of the apt which was extremely convenient and at night there are many restaurants with very reasonable prices and nice local atmosphere, something different than the bustling touristic areas in the center. Right outside on the Main Street, there is a bus stop with many busses leaving from Porta Pía towards the center which was also very convenient. For late night travelers there is also a night bus at that stop. All in all our short visit in Rome was amazing and Pietro with his apartment only bolstered our opinions. We had a great time and we hope to visit again soon !!

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

Appartamento completo di tutto il necessario per soggionare. Cucina attrezzata(pentole prodotti bimby etc)e fornita di generi alimentari base(sale olio caffè etc)

This is a sunny, comfortable 2BR flat; compact yet the many separating doors allowed for quiet and privacy. Not new but not tired or tawdry, this bright, expansive, flat--including the cozy balcony flows well and is especially quiet and relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. There are food markets and some intriguing dining options at hand as well as a wonderful family restaurant just a 10 min walk --5 min from the metro station. Being near the B metro, just 10 stops (15 min) from the all-connecting Termini station was convenient and provided for more comfortable living quarters at a more reasonable price. Also, from appx June 1 to Sept 15, the outdoor swimming pool is accessible to enjoy--another plus of being out of the center-city. Aldridge was very attentive without being intrusive, and quick to respond--often in person--whenever there was a glitch or the need arose. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

We had an incredible stay at Livio’s apartment. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, communication was clear and responsive, the perfect host! The apartment was in a fabulous location , 5 mins walk to Vatican. The apartment itself was so clean and had a newness feel inside as it was in impeccable order. We loved our stay there.

Un apartamento fantástico en una zona fantástica. La atención por parte de los anfitriones muy buena. La zona es preciosa para pasear, comer bien, tomar un café... Fuimos a todas partes andando, ya que la mayoría de lugares de interés están a 30 o 40 minutos a pie. Nos dejaron agua, huevos, leche, café... Muy amables y serviciales. Las camas muy cómodas, el espacio limpio y muchas toallas y amenities. ¡Muchas gracias! :)

Appartamento spazioso luminoso e pulito , vicino alla spiaggia e facilmente raggiungibile il centro . Il signor Sebastiano è stato sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste lo consiglio. 😃

Fantastic stay in Tommaso’s apartment! It was exactly what I hoped! Super spacious, clean, charming and in the cutest area. I absolutely loved my stay and I would book again next time I’m back in Rome. Tomasso was super helpful, a wonderful host and replied very fast. I can 100% recommend!

The place is really nice and clean and Valentina was a responsive and very friendly host. I asked for a microwave because there was none on premises and she promptly agreed to buy one. My only concern was parking availability in the close surroundings (very difficult to find a parking spot close to the apartment) and the one flight of stairs difficult to manage with a lot of bags and items to carry. I must clarify that I was there for work and needed to carry various items up and down the apartment every day going to work. Otherwise the place is very comfortable, nice and quite and very close to the main square with many good restaurants, bars and food marts in the surroundings . I would definitely recommend it for a vacation in Genzano.

If I could give this place 10 stars i would. It was the most amazing stay ever!! Riccardo and Lily are truly the best hosts with lots of recommendations and always there for anything you need. Lily’s decorations were so so beautiful and it’s in a really nice and secure area. I will 100% be back here in the future and i couldn’t recommend it enough!!!
