Situato in posizione strategica su Via Firenze, sarete a pochi passi dalla maggior parte dei punti turistici più famosi della città, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici, e dalla stazione ferroviaria principale di Roma Termini (11 minuti a piedi).

Delizioso appartamento di 92mq completamente ristrutturato, luminoso e accogliente dotato di terrazza. Il quartiere soddisfa ogni necessità: bar, ristoranti e supermercati. Vicino all'incantevole Villa Doria Pamphilj. Collegato facilmente con il centro della città, raggiungibile tramite un solo autobus e con poche fermate (44 o 870 o tram 8). Poco distante dal famoso mercato romano di Porta Portese. L’appartamento si trova vicino alla stazione Trastevere collegata con l’aeroporto di Fiumicino.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

AQPENTHOUSE The apartment it's very bright and cozy, clean and functional, composed of a large living room with terrace, fully furnished kitchen, two double bedrooms with all comforts and two bathrooms one with shower and one with bath. The apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with all comforts, including free WIFI, air conditioning, TV, dishwasher and a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy a good glass of wine. Possibility to accommodate up to 8 people.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
