Loft holiday rentals in Lazio

Graziella received us with open arms. It's so refreshing to find and stay at an Airbnb that is truly an original BnB where you can get to know the owners, see them in person, and have a real conversation. We love the spirit of this experience. Graziella received us even before our check-in time and suggested a few attractions and a nearby, lovely restaurant on the lake. Our room was perfect, and breakfast delicious, with real chicken eggs, local salumi and cheese. We look forward to coming back one day.

We absolutely loved our stay in Rome. Francesca was accommodating and knowledgable. She took time to give us recommendations, answered all our questions and helped us arrange a very early morning driver to the airport. The location was great, lots of restaurants, shops etc. Highly recommend this host and Airbnb.

Spesso si è generosi con le stelle, ma restano sempre tante pecche che per essere buoni si omettono. Beh, non è questo il caso. Barbara e Simone meritano pienamente tutti i giudizi che ho letto e ciò che ho condiviso. Precisione, accuratezza e immediatezza per ogni richiesta. Ottimi consigli e anche la residenza è ricca di indicazioni. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Paco nous a très bien reçu, avec des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée. Il nous a donné quelques adresses et astuces pour se déplacer à Rome, Paco est de très bon conseil. Paco est très attentionné, disponible et flexible pour les départs et arrivées. Le logement est spacieux, confortable, avec une terrasse très agréable. Tout était très propre. Séjour parfait ! Merci Paco.

Le loft d'Hilaria est parfaitement situé à deux pas des bons restaurants de Trastevere, à faible marché du Colisée, de la bouche de la vérité,... Le loft est somptueux, chaleureux et accueillant. Parfait pour un séjour à deux pour découvrir la belle ville de Rome. Hilarious est disponible et répond rapidement aux demandes. De plus, elle est ultra flexible et compréhensive. Un incontournable pour un séjour à Rome.

The apartment was lovley, really spacious in the living areas and well done up throughout. There was everything you needed to cook and clean and there is a washing machine that we were able to clean clothes as we needed. The location was great for exploring Rome and is only a few minutes walk to the main Termini station where you can get the shuttle to and from the airport and get the metro/trains around the city. We only used this once however as, if able, you can walk everywhere. we had a great time and would highly recommend.

This place was a perfect stay! So clean, easy to find, easy communication with Rocco, and he gave us the best, clearest instructions on how to find the place! It’s a great location. Not far at all from Roma termini. It was awesome to just hop on a train directly to Roma termini from the airport and have a short walk to the Airbnb. It’s also a very short walk to the colosseum, and so fun to pass by it on your way to all the other sites or just grabbing some food! Would absolutely recommend this place. It was super clean, safe, and with thoughtful provisions.

We loved our stay, it was a very unique Airbnb with so many cool extra features. Most main sites were very walkable and the metro was close by in case we didn’t feel up to walking. Lillo was super helpful and had everything you could need ready to go. Would highly recommend!

Vi hadde et hyggelig opphold i denne flotte leiligheten. Likte spesielt muligheten for å slappe av på terrassen. Grei tilgang til kollektivtransport, både buss metro og tog. Siden leiligheten ligger litt utenfor sentrum, var dette fint å benytte seg av i blant. Hyggelig nærområde med flere fine resteuranter.

If you are looking for a spacious, charming, comfortable apartment with an 11/10 location with the absolute best blend of private-feeling in a bustling central neighborhood… there is simply nowhere better to stay than Cecelia’s place!!! The apartment is so cute and clean; the courtyard is GORGEOUS and such a vibe; and somehow feels so private and quiet, but then BOOM, you step outside and you’re in the heart of booming Trastevere with 100 amazing restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walking radius. The bed is very comfy (albeit a little firm if that’s not to your liking), and the bathroom is spacious with good shelf space. Finally, I just want to shout out Cecelia for being an EXTREMELY proactive, responsive, friendly, and all-around “on top of it” host! We would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Rome — and you should too.

Fredrica and her husband were the absolute BEST hosts. They lives up to all the other reviews and more. They provided so many great recommendations and were incredibly kind. Any tourist type question I sent their way, they responded immediately. With restaurant recommendations as well as transportation tips to get there. They provided a well thought out itinerary. They also made their home so welcoming to us with arrival treats and special, signature touches. The location was central and walkable to everything. Would highly recommend!! One note: the ceiling height in the upstairs bathroom is a bit limiting (Sloped). Our family isn’t very tall, so it was fine for us but if you’re over 6 ft, want to make note of that.

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful area, very close to the old center of Rome on foot. Fully equipped and comfortable, making it part of the experience of visiting the city. In May, the jasmine on the facade of the building is amazing and you can smell it every time you open the window.

This was the perfect location to stay when visiting Rome with our family. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and convenient to all of the attractions (Vatican, Coliseum, Pantheon, Fountains, etc.) Marco was great helping us with suggestions for how to navigate the town and some of the best restaurants in the area, all of his suggestions were excellent. If we are able to travel back to Rome this is the place we will book if available. Thanks!

The apartment’s location and neighborhood are truly excellent. The flat was spotless, with large windows, a well-functioning air conditioner, strong Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, and great water pressure in the shower. The towels were clean and soft—everything was just as it should be. Check-in and check-out were also very smooth. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome and looking for a comfortable stay for two. ⸻ İstersen biraz daha kısa veya daha resmi bir versiyon da hazırlayabilirim.

Great location for us and had a great stay! Very close to taxi stand and subway for getting around Rome. Erida very helpful & responsive when needed help with transportation.

The room, surrounding area, and Annie were all great. My only issue was being so far from the center of rome as i am a study abroad student, but that was a personal issue. Great place to stay if you don’t mind that. Annie was very helpful. Gave directions, recommendations, and was flexible with check in and check out. Great overall stay.

Io e mio marito ci siamo trovati benissimo. La signora Angela e suo marito sono davvero molto gentili e alla mano. La casa è davvero deliziosa , puliutissima e fornita di tutto ciò che serve. Per non parlare degli spazi esterni, si è circondati dal verde e dalla pace. Struttura consigliatissima Maria Rosaria e Luciano

Ho trascorso qualche giorno splendido nel loft del Sig. Angelo a Carbognano. L'appartamento era accogliente e ben curato nei dettagli, perfetto per godere dell'atmosfera autentica del borgo. La posizione è ottima per esplorare i dintorni e Angelo è stato un host molto gentile e disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni mia esigenza. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi una pausa rilassante in un contesto unico!

lidi spiagge e mare ben attrezzate cibo ottimo torneremo sicuramente posto consigliato per passare una splendida vacanza di relax
