Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. Ideally situated, the accommodation is 6 km from the Sablé–La Flèche and Durtal motorway exits, and around 15 minutes from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and La Flèche, known for its zoo.

Our accommodation consists of a main room with an equipped kitchen area, dining area and living area with a fold-out sofa and offering a large bed (sleeps 2). There is also an independent bedroom (bed 140X200) , a bathroom with a shower and toilet. 10 minutes from the zoo, lakes of the Monnerie, the pool, the city center... 45 min. from Angers, Le Mans (24 hours) and 1 hr from Laval and Tours.
