Very large house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Our beautiful home is set in 2 acres of garden in the picturesque Dordogne, in the Perigord Vert region of France. The house was built in 2009 and is 300 sq meters. There is a full-size Pool table, air hockey table and table tennis table indoors and a separate table tennis table outside. The home has everything you need, from a bread maker to a food processor. There are terraces back and front of the house, with an outdoor table to seat 10

"An excellent place for all to simply relax and enjoy the location and surrounding area. Visit some truly spectacular places, there are plenty of walks right on the doorstep including a path to the Grand Etang, this lake is one of the largest and most beautiful bodies of water in the department. Easy access to Nontron, famous for knife manufacture and the cities of Angouleme, Perigueux and Limoges are all equidistant with the latter being the closest airport at around an hours drive.

Le village du Bourdeix (Dordogne - France) est entouré d'étangs et de forêts, idéal pour les randonnées , les balades à vélo, la pêche et la baignade au Grand Etang de St Estèphe (3 kms). Les commerces sont situés à environ 6 kms (Piègut Pluviers) et 9 kms (Nontron), dont supermarchés ouverts le dimanche matin, et restaurants. Un café/brocante est situé dans le bourg de St Estèphe.

Sports enthusiasts can practice mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in the river or lakes around us or simply relax with a book and a drink on the sunny terrace. For children, our four Shetland ponies are ready for a little hug.

Anne and Xavier invite you to discover the Périgord Vert by welcoming you to this gîte on the magnificent Manoir de Braugnac estate. Horses, private forest pond, Braugnac wood... You'll be immersed in lush green countryside full of charm. A large outdoor saltwater swimming pool will enhance your stay between mid-May and early October (weather permitting!). Barbecue, table tennis, boules and bicycles are also available.
