For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

Laval train station – city center: cozy apartment

You will be welcome in my apartment, We live right next door. I decorated and arranged it with great pleasure. I hope you feel good about it. I wanted to make it welcoming, bright and comfortable. It has two disadvantages: access is via a narrow spiral staircase so it's not always easy with big suitcases. Despite the insulation it can be hot in summer because it is under the eaves.

Studio located 10 min walk from the train station and the city center, in a private property with independent entrance. You can take advantage of the proximity to the Mayenne and the towpath. The studio includes: a double bed in 160 of good quality, an equipped kitchen (combined microwave refrigerator induction stove), bathroom with toilet, WiFi and 80 cm TV.

Located at the bottom of our flower garden, easily accessible by a staircase brushing against the maples, the Cabane du Bon Chemin, heated and insulated, offers a 26m2 space for your comfort, with TV and free Wi-Fi, including a cozy sleeping area: 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 foldaway bed (90x190).
