Very nice cottage, at the end of a cul-de-sac, quiet and peaceful with a beautiful garden. Very clean and functional accommodation with everything you need to have a great stay. If you are looking for peace and nature, don't hesitate. In addition, Cécile always gives good advice.🙂

We had a great time! The accommodation keeps all its promises and it is very easy to access on foot from the train station. Stéphanie is very responsive and welcomed us very well. I would recommned this property.

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

Excellent stay in this magnificent house, conducive to relaxation (quiet environment, no neighbors and large garden), friendliness (small shelter for the evening, and very pleasant living room). Comfortable and very well-equipped house. It was a pleasure!

We were a group of 6 including 1 couple. Frank arranged the beds in singles or doubles according to our wishes. The house is spacious and very well-equipped, modern and tasteful. The linen is of very good quality. It felt like home! Bakery, shops and restaurant are within a 10-minute walk. It was perfect and we will surely come back (unless there are too many of us next time)

We booked to enjoy the arrival of the beautiful days with our friends. The cottage is very nice and very well equipped. The environment is very quiet and relaxing and really allows you to disconnect. Jennifer is a very responsive and very pleasant host by message. Morbihan is a very pleasant place and has seduced those of us who discovered it. We really enjoyed the dining area and the terrace, which are conducive to conviviality, as well as the kitchen, which is very well equipped! We really appreciated the fans left in the rooms in these temperatures. Thank you again for this special attention.

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Christine's. She welcomed us very warmly with a very good far breton and recommended the best places to visit on Belle Île. The accommodation was perfect for our 4-day stay. We were even able to enjoy the pool, a must after a day of cycling. Thanks also to Jacques who accompanied us to the Port for our departure, taking us on a last tour around the citadel and enjoying a last view of the Belle Iloise coast. The accommodation is spacious, well equipped, quiet, the port is easily accessible on foot (about 20 minutes walk). The pool and hot tub are very nice. The house is well-equipped and the hosts are very responsive.

Fabulous spot for our family holiday. from the deck chairs, kids toys, Nespresso machine so many little things included that made our holiday such a great one. It's right on the beach and walking distance to a boulangerie, intermarche, a train station going to Nantes and Paris and all the great restaurants in le crosic and batz súr mer. Also really enjoyed the various running routes and the kids loved the pool. It's very quite in the area I. May with beautiful sunsets. A relaxing break.

We had a pleasant family weekend in this beautiful house. The house is spacious and in line with the description. Dear Bérangère, We enjoyed the time in your accommodation right at the harbor - great location, yet very quiet. The apartment is wonderful and very tastefully furnished and we had everything we needed. If you don't want to go to the relatively expensive parking garage opposite, you can find various free parking spaces in the small streets in just 5 minutes on foot. We had our dog with us and also had quite positive experiences here. Vannes and the surrounding area are worth a trip and this apartment is absolutely recommended. Thank you so much for having us. We spent 3 weeks in Charlotte's house (2 adults, 2 children). She gave us a warm and attentive welcome and gave us tourist recommendations nearby. The house was very clean and nice. The pluses: the N165 a few minutes away allows you to get around very quickly to explore the whole area; woods in the immediate vicinity of the house allow you to walk your pet; the neighborhood is peaceful; the outdoor spaces (living room; dining table) are very nice and the garden is large enough to play; board games available; large parking space. The least: no washing machine; important opposite on 3 on the 4 sides of the garden; no real city center.

Very good stay in Vannes. Practical and functional accommodation. I recommend it.

Beautiful new house, tastefully decorated and fully fenced , perfectly matching the photos and description on the site . In 3 words:: Everything was perfect! We really appreciated Simon's welcome, his quick responsiveness , never waiting for a response or a request . He's a just adorable host who does and will do everything to make us happy . Note that his dad is also very kind because he put the small fence near the garage to "close" the palisade so that the land is fully fenced , happiness for us who had a small dog!! Rental not to be missed under any circumstances , happiness, the sweetness of time , kindness are in Theix Noyalo! If Simon could have other pretty houses to rent: with your eyes closed , we would sign!!!!!!

The house is very nice with a large fenced yard, which is nice when you have a dog. The accommodation is very clean and well-equipped. The veranda is particularly pleasant and bright. Nathalie was welcoming, available and gave good advice.
