Le Gîte "La Terrasse du Loir" est privatif (ouvert depuis 2021), piscine privative également et sans vis-à-vis. La piscine et l'abri télescopique ont été installés en 2022, elle est chauffée à 29° En 2026: Piscine chauffée du 27 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. En 2027: Piscine chauffée du 26 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. Gîte de 115m2 + grande terrasse de 24 m² surplombant Le Loir situé à 2,5kms du Zoo. Capacité du logement 12 pers avec le canapé convertible dans le salon (10 pers avec les 4 ch).

Zoo de la Flèche à 20 min, 25 min du circuit des 24H, 25 min des parcours de golf des 24H et de Baugé, château du Lude, Le Loir à vélo, le lac de Mansigné. The Zoo de la Flèche is 15 km away and the 24 Hours of Le Mans is 35 km away. The apartment has an equipped kitchen. TV. Bed 140 x 190 180 x 190 memory foam bed. Linens and towels are provided and beds are made upon arrival. The apartment is located in Place de l'Eglise. You will be lulled to the sound of the bells from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
